We are all guilty of talking nonsense at some point, but to think that claiming BOO will take us over to try and boost their share price is one of the best I’ve seen.

I’ve had a look through the AIM rules, and I can’t see anywhere that it says anything about capital requirements on resumption of trading - that doesn’t mean there isn’t a rule, but I’d be grateful if the original poster could clarify this. Taking out REVB at or around 30p would be the steal of the century & I’d imagine you could quite easily treble your money by selling it straight away. Not a chance of this happening when there’s a lot of people standing to make a lot of money.

That doesn’t sound right to me. They are generating profit (assuming this as they have less debt), and are within limits for their banking covenants.

99% of the basket cases on AIM would be toast if the same rules were applied. You might be right, but I’ll believe it when I see it.

If what you are saying is that BOO are about to take over REVB, then they must have been able to secure enough shares for that to happen.

That would probably mean that a deal has been done with our largest holders.

Is that what the delay is?

Why would they sell out for much less than they are potentially worth? (You said around 30p).

Why would BOO take over REVB when they would normally go for companies in distress?

Personally, I can’t see it, but I suppose that anything is possible & might explain the delay.

If they are in it for themselves, let’s hope that us shareholders are accidental beneficiaries.

It depends on what he has actually achieved. How big a mess was it? Was it really BDO’s fault that the accounts took so long? What have the previous board been mixed up in? Why hasn’t IR been sorted? Why were self appointed deadlines missed? What will happen to the founders shares?

I’m not sure where £360k per annum ranks in comparison to other companies, so maybe the 3 million shares were agreed as a sweetener?

We will soon find out.

I’d be more than disappointed, I’d be disgusted if they have tried to work this to their advantage at the detriment to shareholders. I just cannot see that happening.

Something must have attracted Bob Holt to the position, and I don’t think that money or shares would be the main driver. He said 7-10 days for relisting, which would be early next week. I would be happy with news after close today & trading again on Monday. All weekend to mull it over, whatever it is.

You would have to imagine that they were told a likely timeline for trading, then announced the AGM date with some room for any delays built in. I doubt they would want to miss such a public event, considering what’s happened before.

AGM on the 27th June, you would have to expect something by then, or else there won’t be much to discuss. It’s not like they have a history of missing deadlines……

Maybe it’s so the share awards can be approved?

I don’t think any of us would have an issue with a fund raise if the circumstances merited it. It’s the lack of any information that’s the killer. Still, Bob Holt & Elizabeth Lake will do alright, whatever happens. At least us PI’s can have that nice memory if it all goes pear shaped.

It feels a bit like Stockholm syndrome, I’ve got so used to being suspended, I’m not sure how I’ll feel when it relists.

If it opens over £1, I’m sure I’ll feel ok

Sales for the five months to May up 45% on this time last year.

This shows that low cost items such as makeup are much in demand in a tough market.

I think Silverlight did an excellent summary on this recently, so I’d search through their posts. From memory, no - BOO is too big & their holding is too small to have much of an impact.

Obviously though, it certainly won’t be a bad thing.

I’m not sure if that source is respected, but what a pile of guff! I don’t think there are many here that don’t think that 19p is an absolute bargain, and would be much higher on the first day of trading.

I don’t think the company expect the delay to be as long as the next accounts either, or else why would they say that is down to AIM regulation?

Less than two weeks until the AGM (27th June), so I would expect to hear something before then. They surely wouldn’t hold it if we were still suspended, unless something is actually brewing?

I don’t think that looking after your investment is being sensitive, but you sound like another apologist for a management team that isn’t delivering - in my opinion.

That’s what these boards are for isn’t it, debate and sharing ideas? Or is it for petty arguments and point scoring?

How do you know we have gone from fraudulent and loss making to profitable?

Yes, my holding is tiny, but I stand by what I said that it shouldn’t matter how many shares you hold. Yes, I took a risk, but what share on AIM isn’t?

Why answer some emails, then get ratty when someone asks you a question you don’t like? I’d far rather there was a proper IR department, or clear and unambiguous RNS’s so that we are in no doubt about what is happening. Blaming the auditors and now the exchange is pretty amateurish for a supposed heavyweight of industry.

The fact that some people think that Bob/the companies actions are acceptable is why investors consistently have to put up with terrible service. Bob has/had the opportunity to start fresh with a clean slate, hopefully this is just a blip.

I know I keep saying it, but his 3 million shares are currently worth £570k, so where is his incentive to help us? A 35p share price gives him over £1 million, that’s life changing money for this bed wetter & I will never stop demanding to be treated fairly while those numbers are being handed to our leader as a bonus - a bonus for what? Certainly not politely answering or even ignoring an email. For the record, he hasn’t answered an email I sent, so he can ignore them when it suits.

If Bob Holt had set up some decent investor relations, then we would not have to bother him for “trivial” matters.

I have nearly all of my eggs in the REVB basket, and whether you own one share or millions, we are entitled to know exactly what’s going on in OUR COMPANY.

Bob Holt has answered emails to investors before, so either he answers or he doesn’t. Saying he can’t answer questions because you know he can’t answer, is a situation that’s entirely his own making.

He gets paid £360k for the privilege of holding our hands, with a nice little 3 million share’s bonus for having to deal with a couple of emails from pathetic blubbering PI’s.
