Wow! Nearly ten months of nothing, then a week of absolute mayhem.

Did Bob Holt only come to life because BOO forced his hand?

Was this attempt at a takeover really only mounted recently or was that always the plan?

Is an “imminent” longer or shorter than a “cusp”

Stay tuned to this absolute rollercoaster of a journey.

I don’t think it’s overegging things to comment on a rise, just a sensible observation.

Same as if BOO had dipped around the same time. This is the only indicator anyone has about the AGM. Better to be informed, irrelevant if you like the information.

The BOO SP has had a little boost, it takes a fair bit to shift a share like that. Hopefully just over exuberance & positioning, just in case.

Maybe not the best indicator, but sadly all we have got.

Cusp has definitely expired, so they should have released an RNS with an explanation.

How many self appointed deadlines have they missed now?

I don’t believe there are any conditions regarding the awarding of shares to BH & EL. It would be nice to see them purchasing a significant amount as soon as they are allowed - I’m sure they have some savings they could use, that would be a proper statement of intent & would help align their interests with us “prisoners”, rather than thinking of them as another couple of fat cats with their hands in our pockets.

My confidence is probably misplaced, although it comes & goes. If this was left to its own devices, I would be 100% confident. It’s a shame that BOO are trying to shaft us, so I believe it all comes down to Bobs defence plan.

I’d be disappointed if it’s not over 50p on the first day of trading.

This was trading at around 80p leading up to the shenanigans that saw the share price plummet.

That’s without the sniff of somebody else accumulating, who wouldn’t want a piece of the action at rock bottom prices with historic issues now behind us.

The lack of an update hopefully means that a robust defence is being worked on, Bobs 3 million share bonus would be a nice nest egg in that scenario. I hope him and Elizabeth Lake purchase meaningful amount of shares with their own money, as soon as they’re allowed.

I think they have to get back trading, regardless of what is going on in the background. It’s not fair that we have been held prisoner, although we all took a risk in holding when we knew suspension was looming.

We deserve to know exactly what is going on & exactly when trading will resume.

Give people the choice to do what they want with their investment & let the share find fair value. If BOO want us, let them pay a fair price & hopefully flush out some more suitable buyers.

I don’t think you can bump off someone as determined as PP, fair play for commitment to the cause. I’d also go for a 07:00 RNS & resume trading at 07:30 tomorrow

I’ve just had a look at the BOO board, he’s certainly trying hard to convince someone (probably himself, going by the amount of posts) that the BOO share price is going to rise. His mantra of looking at the downside as well as the upside only applies on certain shares, apparently.

And as I said, it’s important to look at the upside as well as the downside.

The risk for REVB at 19p has disaster already priced in, the upside is anyone’s guess.

I hope you warned others on the BOO board of their risk when the shares were trading at over 400p, you would have saved them from a 90% (and counting) loss.

Deflection would appear to be another tactic that the attack dogs are using. I remember the same when Bob blamed the auditors for the delay. Lots of effort on a share they don’t own. The prize might be bigger than any of us thought, they do keep saying we have to be mindful of all possible outcomes.

What I’m saying is that the original threat is no more, the current threat is being taken over by the basket case BOO.

I’m sure the BOO holders that have lost more than 90% of the value of their shares are equally disappointed, although I’m sure they too knew the risks - that’s shares for you.

I don’t think I’m in denial. I knew the risks when I entered, because we all knew that suspension was likely.

To negotiate 9 months of uncertainty, only to have this unreal and unwanted scenario at us is a real kick in the guts.

I hope that this attack is defeated for the good of all REVB holders.

I also congratulate you on your unwavering dedication to defend BOO by masquerading as someone who is concerned for REVB holders, and advocating that all options are considered.

Your constant presence on this board is incredibly strange & I’d suggest that the recent infestation of this board is not accidental. It’s likely a good thing that the attack dogs have been released, as if it was a done deal, there wouldn’t be much point.

This is the REVB board, so I would expect that. BOO will add nothing for REVB holders (in my opinion), and even the people that own both seem to agree.

BOO have had a disastrous few years, losing 90% of their share value and being caught up in some unsavoury scandals

REVB have managed to put their recent troubles behind them, and thought that BOO were a supportive partner (because that’s what they said).

So, I’d say that BOO have had their day, with a failing business and REVB are at the very beginning of their journey towards profitability, expansion, being debt free and eventually to dividends.

Are you surprised that REVB holders want nothing to do with BOO?
