How apt, and I’m sure Bob and the team are well aware of using that word and it’s implications

Some of these clowns aren’t very intelligent

Seems to be a swarm of detractors here, obviously dissatisfied BOO holders or trolls. Even some self claimed holders are putting the boot in.

Lots at stake, big money in play, expect them to up the ante.

Happy - So BOO have been “polite and respectful” and Bob Holt is “ranting”. Damn right he is, he’s trying to protect his shareholders, that’s his job.

If that’s how you base your investments, then you deserve to lose.

I don’t know enough about the law, but it would seem inconceivable that BOO would launch an all out attack without legal merit.

I’m now trusting that our management have what it takes to keep us listed. Lots of twists and turns to come yet.

I think we’d all be happy with that scenario.

BOO is an absolute basket case using REVB as cover for their own management team’s catastrophic failure.

I know they have been analysed to death over the use of certain words and exactly what they mean, but “cusp” and “matter of days” are pretty clear and unambiguous.

Also using “potentially” is a clear signal to all shareholders that the blame for any delay will be squarely the fault of BOO, and I think is a rallying call to all of us to back the current management team.

If they succeed, then the 4.5 million shares bonus will be the best money ever spent.

This is where big Bob can earn his 3 million shares bonus, kick them squarely in the BOO-ls and deliver a knockout blow. Big money usually wins, but not always. Does the lack of a quick response bode well? Hopefully they have the best legal eagles on it.

Get it relisted and let the market decide, pronto!

In the time it’s been suspended I could have fathered a child and put some REVB in a junior ISA for them.

I hope when we get the update that they tell us exactly what’s going on, what options we have and what we can do to protect our investment - please, no more fluff and half stories. We need everything, warts an all

Hopefully the threat of legal action is a ruse to make them think about what they do with their shares. I’d prefer they actually did prosecute though, these spivs think they can get away with anything.

None of this excuses the fact that the shareholders have been treated terribly by the company. We are told the bare minimum, and only when they have been forced into it. Each update leaves more questions than answers.

I’ve just got in after being delayed at work. My observation from catching up with pages of posts -

There is and has been a concerted attack on REVB as a company and the BOD. This has been building for a while and is now in overdrive. New posters teeing up other new posters who are “concerned BOO holders” claiming they are “just looking after their investments”.

I have been critical of Bob Holt and Elizabeth Lake, but I will back them 100% to see off this attack by a shambles of a company that have undoubtedly got designs on sucking the life out of our company and trashing it, like everything else they “rescue”. Shameless, and now it’s time for Holt & Lake to stand up, defend their shareholders & earn their wages. Those bonuses will be well deserved, if they manage to pull this off.

If you were aware of this, then I’m sure the REVB board were too. I’d expect a full response, given they should have been working on that already.

Well, there it is! Strangerer & strangerer indeed

I bought 12948 shares. That’s my trading pot, so will see what happens over the next few weeks.

I have taken a position here, and this is why -

I can’t see any way that Highlands & Islands Enterprise won’t support this company. I live in the area, and I doubt the Scottish government would allow them to fail, particularly as they are in a government partnership with the Greens.

To those that ask “why build the manufacturing plant there?” I would say that there is a lot of skilled workers in the area, people already working in the renewables sector, a will for local councils and local government to support such projects as these & some of the best testing facilities just across the water in Orkney.

That’s enough for me to put my money where my mouth is.

It is a “massive issue” for shareholders if they have to dilute the value of our shares to raise funds by issuing more shares at these low prices.

The going concern statement is in every set of accounts I’ve ever seen, so I’d say that’s standard procedure.

Unless the company is in trouble financially (we haven’t been told it is), then I don’t see why the banks wouldn’t fall over themselves to offer debt to a company that’s very well placed to pay it back (as they have already demonstrated), along with at least £14million cash at hand.
