Yours are all pro BOO & against REVB, maybe you should heed your own advice? You seem to have the ability to wind people up & come across as a BOO fanboy. The amount of time you spend on here would suggest that you are a tad obsessed.

It shows how determined people are to undermine REVB when 60% sales growth year on year is not looked upon as a great achievement.

Imagine what they’d say if sales fell 60% year on year?

After a long period of little activity, the bashers return en mass as trading draws closer - I wonder why that would be…………

It’s great that we are debating/speculating on 60% growth and why/what it means. It’s only this week since some of our newest experts were queuing up to tell us that we are still not making any profit/progress.

It’s a shame that there are so many BOO fanatics that can’t see that ruining one company to temporarily stop the rot at another is not a good long term plan.

I will give them the grace to get an announcement out before 07:00 Monday & back trading at 07:30 Monday. Anything else and we have been taken for mugs - again.

I’m not sure it’s possible to be able to look at every possible scenario. When BOO first came on board they were supportive of the management, so why would they have seen that as a danger?

If BOO get their hands on our company, then it would be fair to say that Bob Holt hasn’t done his job, but not before. He has delivered a profit making company and eliminated the historic fraud problem. The only thing he can be criticised for now is not relisting.

I think we need an RNS regarding the resumption of trading if we don’t get one today or after hours.

“Cusp” suggested (to me anyway) that it should have been the next day, or the one after that (at the very latest).

We shall see who’s been swimming naked when the tide goes out.

Remember when we all loved that fact? How times change!

I don’t think they care about their reputations, their actions thus far have been pretty deplorable, and I think used as a distraction from their own companies poor performance and share price.

Does anyone actually believe that the regulators will have the power or inclination to help? How many examples of gross negligence have gone unchecked on AIM?

I think the best course of action is the use of the threat of legal action. I don’t think that the egos involved will allow common sense and reason get in the way now.

We all need to be prepared for the worst and hope for the best. Still need to get it trading though, at least then, those that want out, can get out.

I think the founders will be well aware of the current trading figures & them potentially siding with BOO is a calculated move.

I also think that the company threatening legal action is the best way to get him/them back on board.

It may be difficult, but if it is at all possible, then they have to find a way. If it’s a done deal, then we are at the mercy of a basket case that probably doesn’t care two hoots for REVB holders. I hope our founders can see past what’s happened and stand up for their creation.

It was battered down from around 80p not that long before suspension. If it resumes trading & if the threat of a BOO coup is removed (or clarified to be friendly), then why not? This isn’t some fly by night that has one string to its bow - it’s potentially a massive player in the beauty sector.

And yes, there are examples of shares that have doubled or more after suspension. Normally when a share is suspended its s**t or bust.

He’s also the reason a lot of us got an opportunity to get in on the cheap, or, hopefully on the cheap.

If it opens over £1, I’d shake his hand and buy him a pint.

It would probably be an 07:00 announcement to end suspension and start trading at 07:30. That’s what normally happens I think. It could also be after hours and trading from the next day. Friday after hours would be good, would have all weekend to speculate it to death, the anticipation would be off the scale!

If this had come/does come out of suspension before the AGM, then surely it’s a big riser?

If it doesn’t and BOO get their people on board, then surely it’s a faller?

Or is that too simple?

I appreciate that BOO might be changing the board for a valid reason & will keep it’s separate listing.

I don’t think you can stay suspended just because it suits you? Surely if we can relist we will have to, regardless?

I hope Bob and the team have been “working tirelessly” as they said in the RNS, and I hope the recent flurry of news wasn’t prompted by BOO’s actions.

We have definitely been kept in the dark all this time, so it’s difficult to know who are the baddies and who are the goodies in this saga (just hoping there are goodies & not bad and worse).

Bearhunter, you can’t have it both ways - if the share price bombs on relisting & BOO and supporters are mopping up shares, then surely that would push the price up? Also, who would be selling if it bombs?

As it is, REVB is a fledgling company with low debt and is now profitable in a growing market.

BOO is a debt riddled basket case, where REVB would disappear into the abyss and REVB holders would not realise any profit, certainly not those that bought in at IPO or after.

I think it depends on the circumstances of relisting. If it is allowed to trade freely before the requisitioned meeting, it should go up, if it’s the opposite, it could go down. Too many variables at the moment.
