The only RNS that didn’t come at 07:00 was the suspension one at 07:30, which is regulatory (I think). Obviously there are intraday news releases, so I am expecting a resolution today. This is positive, in my opinion.

They have one last chance to give shareholders something, unless they pull it out of the bag before close of play tonight or tomorrow. Then we will know what the new management think of us. 239 days to get an audit done is absolutely ridiculous, regardless of how messy or complicated it is. I would still like to see those responsible for this prosecuted, but they’re more likely to end up on the honours list with all of the other crooks.

Hopefully this volume will “wash out” all of those placing shares that weren’t forward sold and we can start the proper rise.

FOMO, along with news on multiple fronts and a bank holiday coming up should push us along nicely into tomorrow’s close.

Yes, talk of “washing through” the placing shares was the tag team subject leading up to today.

There were a lot of concerns over the placing shares landing today, and we seem to be relatively stable. I wonder what angle they will try next? I suppose every day the RNS doesn’t land will have to do for now.

Is the fact we haven’t had a heads up actually an indication that they still might make the target?

Or do they actually care that little about their shareholders that they aren’t even bothered?

I don’t think it would be the worst thing to get the results after close on Friday. Should give plenty of time to create a bit of interest (if all is well), lots of debate and press coverage.

Having said that, if they haven’t managed by now and nearly another month has passed, what’s the chances?

If it’s just enough to clear debts, then I’d say a spike up to 2p intraday, then settle about 1.5p. It would inevitably drift down, but would be supported by other news like BP at break even. It very rarely does what we all want, so hopefully my expectations are realistic.

Tremendous results released today up to the und of 2022. Very encouraging, and reinforces what we all believe of this share.

If it goes on any longer, people will be hoping they can use their 2024 ISA allowances! I do agree that the suspension has probably been in our favour due to the good news surrounding other similar companies, although we seem to have all discounted any very bad news being discovered during the audit.

Nothing wrong with a cheeky lowball bid to kick things off. After all, it’s in BOO’s best interests to get the price up as high as possible.

At least we are debating what price people would accept, rather than being told we’re going bust and will never relist!

The chip on my shoulder is as obvious as your constant trashing of this share. I think everyone can see your modus operandi is to chip away while pretending to be a sympathetic holder. Claiming you have a £600k portfolio while also claiming to be a very successful businessman with time on his hands is very Walter Mitty. That’s just my opinion, and you are correct, I loathe people like you.

Also incredibly condescending, describing 10 million shares as a “small holding for speculative purposes”. This type of posting covers all outcomes - if it rises, you are a genius for holding, if it falls, it’s only play money.

Both sides represented in spades here, both post repeatedly to suit their positions, the trick is to weed them out and concentrate on those that pass on useful information.

His agenda is to spend all day subtly talking this share down, while answering questions posed by other “investors”. Very knowledgeable on diamond’s, which gives much greater credence to his posts. Answers any criticism with lines such as “only answering the question” “what’s not factual” and “holding 10 million shares”

Some not so subtle post’s talking the share down today, on this board and ADVFN. Claiming to be a holder, but sticking the knife in whenever possible. Setting up negative questions and answering them (very) quickly. Almost as if it’s a concerted effort….

Why would anyone bother to do that? Nobody bashes a bad share.

No debt, some money in the bank and several profitable mines and that might be achievable…..
