Still looking goodâŚ.3 Jan 2023 18:17
You have to appreciate that AM isnât trying to organise a lease on a corner shop in Grimsby with a ÂŁ1500 bank loan to cover a weekâs stock of pies. The scale of the deal heâs manoeuvring himself into is mind blowing and way beyond the experience of most PIs.
If youâre in this for the long run, and you âbelieveâ, then just let him navigate his way to success and switch off from daily SP volatility.
If youâre a trader, good luck to you. Got a lot of respect for those who openly trade stocks and succeed - itâs just the poor two faced, manipulative souls that annoy.
Big (and this one is potentially HUGE) business deals do not happen over night, they never go exactly as envisioned and theyâre never done to a timeline that suits everyone - especially not a few private investors and some gamblers who seem to be viewing the stock market as the new William Hills.
Todayâs RNS was actually positive, IMO. Limited value, instant access cash that allows Art the chance to sit at the negotiating table with drilling underway. Been jumped on (totally understandably) by the MMs. Sentiment took a temporary hit today, not fundamentals. Donât get me wrong, AMâs communication could improve, but I think his deal strategy is spot on.
He wonât be remotely bothered by a 15% dip today, thatâll be a drop in the ocean if he gets this right.
So, if a LTH, keep the faith.
If a trader, then trade away as long as your reasonably open about it.
If neither of above, why are you even reading this? Mmmmm, I wonder.
