Plus I would add that the very first patient to be dosed is no doubt the hardest to recruit. Few people want to be first in the queue for a vaccine not yet tested on humans.

Perhaps the Cyprus operation, if it ever gets off the ground (no pun intended), is just the first part of a larger plan for Eastern Europe.
Produce copper concentrate in Cyprus and also in other Eastern European sites but then ship the concentrate from all sites to a central refinery. The central refinery would need to be bought and refurbished or built from scratch depending on the economics.

The whole idea of Wikipedia is that anyone can edit the pages unless the management suspect vandalism. I suspect Burble is not a vandal :-)

IMO we don't need hype that is the normal kind printed/displayed by the media when the next big breakthrough is reported but for which there is no clinical data to support it.
