Although, I must say I would be interested if the science were to dramatically improve. So I do keep an eye on what's happening at Valirx.

It's always been an approach that interests me.

After all, some academic research goes unnoticed by pharma.

However, I have never been impressed by Valirx's scientists. The general lack of peer reviews, lack of scientific publications by Valirx, lack of presentations of papers/posters at conferences, apparent lack of interest by pharma and lastly lack of improvements of the products (evergreening is obviously needed for both Val201 and Val401).

As I understand it, they favour going through a phase 2B trial (assuming they get approval), followed by a phase 3 trial.

No definite information about future investment rounds.

No information as to what they plan to do with the 1.5 million (if they manage to raise the extra 500K)

All seems very risky to me putting Val401 in the hands of a company that so far has raised only a fraction of the cost of clinical trials.

But, I suppose in Valirx's situation, beggars can't be choosers since it appears that a pharma was not interested in 401.

Also, remember Waterson's last venture ended in insolvency.

the moditope targets are different in that scancell have filed patents for both citrullinated and ****citrullinated targets in the treatment of cancer.

We've had a lot of speculation today based on scant evidence.

Also the next SCIB1 RNS is expected in Q4. That doesn't mean it will be in Q4. Chill out guys, the science is working as it did in the first SCIB1 trial.
