If it is a new immunobody vaccine, it would also be interesting if Avidimab is being used twice, i.e., on the mAb and also on the vaccine.

It would also be interesting to know the sequence of events:

For example:

a) mAb attaches to target antigen

b) mAb attracts TCell for same antigen

c) TCell takes over (being much bigger than the mAb) and has multiple TCRs

That 79 pence price target was when there was a possibility of a deal following on from the first SCIB1 trial.

Of course, there were far fewer shares in issue at that time. However, it will be interesting to see if they specify a new price target and what that target will be.

The glycans targets have been know as potential targets for a long time. Previously it has proved to be very difficult to find mAbs that will actually reliably attach to them.

Scancell's glycans mAbs have overcome this difficulty with the help of Avidimab.

I strongly suspect that the 2nd pharma looking at a possible deal is also Genmab since Lindy has already stated that Genmab were interested in a second mAb.

2 SCOPE trial - Lindy said some patients (plural) have had a total response

Just maybe Lindy was telling the truth when she said there were 5 parties interested in glymabs.

This is a definition of the time frame, not a definition of ORR.

Whereas the Scancell website does give a simple definition of the ORR:

"The ORR is defined as the proportion of patients with a complete or partial response at any time after the start

of treatment."

With respect, I don't quite understand the point you are making.

Sure, they have changed the SCIB1 trial:

a) because pharma told Scancell that they don't like electoporation

b) because the standard of care for some Melanoma patients changed to the 2 CIs so a new cohort was added

c) and iSCIB1+ is an obvious potential improvement to SCIB1 and, being a separate cohort, it doesn't interfere with the SCIB1 cohorts

All changes give Scancell a better chance of doing a deal.

As for Modi1, wasn't the intention all along to use 3 epitopes?
