In agreement, I had look around for better fundamentals, cash, dividend and board financial commitment and couldn't find anything better in this field, at these levels i am happy to buy and after Ory prompt i did.

Surprised but pleased by the sp movement, I know it's only a guide but sell approx £300k and buys £700k so the movement on £1m of transactions that suprises me, as it doesn't seem that significant.

The market doesn't seem impressed by our new CEO hardly a glimmer of a response, reading through his background he seems a good fit and a capable guy, early days but if GSK just pay up without a fight that should see off to a flying start.

I read the FT article over the weekend regarding EU decision to reverse its ruling it seems the market loves this as far as FCRM are concerned, it must believe Dunamis are capable of a significant contribution to the company now the shackles have been released.
Nice to see sp movement heading up.

I had a complaint the other day about sp movement and I stand by it today, how on earth can FCRM move up 10% on £20k worth of more buys than sells? no news that I have seen, and generally the market has gone lower, logic there is none.
Don't get me wrong I am a holder here and I would like to see fair value imo that is a lot higher than we finished today.

I sold when 81p was on offer prior to the tender offer, and bought back in with a small stake after it dropped back, but under water as it stands.
The new CEO was sold as a man who works on details, so I am waiting to see what value he can uncover from what we already have, the US is definitely an opportunity can we make inroads it's a wait and see, but nevertheless this is not a loss making company just the profits are declining, and we do have cash, there are plenty of others out there stuffed with debt and struggling to turn a profit, for the moment I am happy to hold on.
We are on a very reasonable p/e just unloved by the market, and our old CEO bought significantly and the market just turned a blind eye and ignored his purchases.

I can't realistically see how this can be dropped 5% on £47k of sells, and dropped on previous days on even less, unfortunately unless folk here have a low average i can see FCRM being taken out for a low ball price, and losing out.
The company is set for growth in smart meters and charging points in addition to their standard fare, very little debt, if a company was to start up tomorrow they would find it very difficult to replicate FCRM diversification and flexibility to suit the changing market conditions we have today.
If there had been large sells going through it might point to something different, but this is being walked down because it can be, nothing more.

Is this going to have an indirect effect here going forwards?

May be better to wait and see rather than speculate, there could be many reasons why he has left, it doesn't mean that there is anything fundamentally wrong with FCRM as the recent update suggests all is good.

Huge buys if only it went up by the same percentage as it did down with small volume sells, great to see it moving in the right direction.

Ory with another significant purchase inside a few days, can't ask for anything more, it amazes me how little credit he receives from the stock pundits he backs his company and generally it's ignored.
No need to ramp here our outgoing CEO actions speak louder than words.

No surprise to see ii increasing their holdings at these subdued levels as the company adjusts its position in the market

As I type we are down 5%+ on £50k sells and only a few reported buys, the whole market is down today due to DT in the US and Boris over here.
Disappointing i know but we are not on wing and a prayer here, plus infrastructure keeps being mentioned as being a priority going forward, so that will benefit FCRM.

Very happy to hold here, great that they have declared a dividend, and with cash amassed, going forwards i expect as others have mentioned ii will be required to sell some of the holdings due to portfolio regulation which will give an opportunity for other ii to come on board, this has held the sp back imo but also gives us the chance to buy at reasonable prices.
With the north sea operators in a state of flux, plenty of opportunities and the next deal can't be far off.

Two RNSs Ory with a significant purchase just when folks may be questioning his commitment, and new ii taking 6%, not bad for a vote of confidence when things seemed in complete disarray yesterday morning.
Seems they saw it as a opportunity to good to refuse.

All investors with doubts including myself watch the bulk case for investment in XLM filmed in August so all points raised still relevant today.

The market is a strange beast you would think FXPO is on its last legs and going under no hope left all avenue of escape closed off, but wait a minute it's profitable pays a dividend and is repaying its debt as it aims to be a low cost producer.
Bought in with a small position see how it goes, trading very close to twelve month lows of 174ish.

Starting to slowly retrace now into the 60's i don't think it should be overlooked that XLM is repositioning its revenue streams and while this is on going it is going to take time to get the earnings up going forward.
Regulation has had an impact and company has to adjust move and look to new markets.
The US will be a major revenue generator when sports betting is fully implemented and is accepted, in the mean time pick up the divi and wait to see what influence the new CEO has to offer.

It makes me wonder if brokers have any real influence, and can their recommendations be trusted? these days it seems as though there is a disconnect between recommendations and what actually happens especially in small caps like FCRM, we all know if you miss your stated target regardless of the reason the market will react with a substantial fall, and what about the brokers probably recommend a sell after the event, fat lot of good that.
Here we have some regular knowledgeable posters offering differing views which is good hopefully we will be rewarded in the future.
