Oh yes don't mention XLM lol, the best CEO purchaser I have come across bar none, and yes his buys counted for nothing as yet, but apart from my complaint regarding share purchases I am upbeat, I think today's RNS is positive going forward looking forward to 2020.

Mr Harris can't be without a bob or two, successful career behind him, and with overseeing the books and knowing the exact financial state of the company it would of been nice to see him purchase, and I sure Mr Holdens salary will not be the same while assuming more responsibility in the short term, I still think FCRM needs more share purchases from the people in charge, after all if they have sorted things out and the future is good, we as shareholders have suffered a lot of pain, they should give confidence to us by buying when the sp is at a near all time recent low,
just my opinion.

Is it just me are does this 50k purchase £12.5k seem a token gesture and not a good one at that, hopefully others from the board will chip in and make a more substantial figure when combined en masse, what message does this send to the market?

I share your concerns, but that's why I in here, a lot of other stock seem overvalued while this on the other hand should be going the other way, always risk of course I will be happy with fair value.

I don't know what folk expect, previous comments have along the lines that adopting assets was not the way to go due to all our free cash and more was being used to buy them, end result debt, well FCRM have sold out and we are now cash positive when deal goes through.
Dunamis was hamstrung this year, not the case now, I am pleased they have seen the error in their ways and corrected them and are focussing on growing the business.

Although today's RNS is not good news, to grow the they company they need to expand and acquisition is the chosen route, if they don't then regulation in existing markets will impact margins and the business will contract.
On the plus side they have the finance's to do this without loans or raises so I see that as good, they have lost Ory on a day to day basis so his experience I am sure will be missed, and they have lost key long term personnel in other areas replaced by others who are not as familiar with the business, on the reflection the new CEO has the opportunity to stamp his own ideas on how and where to grow the company which might not be bad thing if he sees financial as one of routes he chooses as he knows this area, as for the US it seems a lot might be riding on this, so I hope they get it right with partners and whoever else they align themselves with.
I don't think this is a jam tomorrow stock, they are profitable, just declining in a market that is being challenged by regulation, with good management they have an opportunity to turn fortunes around, good luck to lth.

I think your article sums it up nicely, highlighting two pivotal points the change to low sulphur fuel oil for the shipping industry and the banks insisting on the hedge they have in place, without these two major events which are both in JSE favour I feel sure we wouldn't be riding as high as we currently are.

My first thought was the same, can only think something else may be more pressing and this gives some cash to deal with it.
The upside is that it will not require any cash injections from TTAU going forward but will generate some income, how much who knows? but considering this company has no commodity revenue streams it keeps generating small amounts of cash hopefully from this, and the work it doing via grants for the Aussie government, which seem to be funding the gold exploration side of the business.
How long before they come asking for cash, again who knows but they seem to have cash for the near term.
Be interesting when they do issue their full year results to see what they have to say about how they see the future unfolding.
So far the only real plus I can see is they haven't had a placing but at these levels they'd get bugger all anyway.

The reasons seem truthful enough but they have known about the dredges, and the upgrading of the power supply, I would of thought anyone with common sense would be thinking along the lines of its possible we might not make our production targets so let's go lower with the forecasted targets and exceed them, knowing that they won't be put in a position like this, informing the market of a target miss, when unplanned events which were always possible happen it makes management look as though their risk assessments are ........... risky.

when you spell it out like that its hard to disagree, as for management lining their own pockets they are not the only ones, there are plenty out there the only saving grace I can see is that this company has the potential to be throwing off cash regardless of the fat salaries and hopefully increasing dividends, in fact from the position the company finds itself in I would have to say management incompetence if it doesn't come to fruition, so hoping you get back your initial investment several times over.
On a side issue what about the remuneration board, and ii, they should not be standing by and letting these guys have an easy ride if they don't deliver results.

You certainty seem to have stirred an hornets nest with your comments, if you rate KMR prospects so poorly and I include poor management what's the attraction, the opportunity for revenue generation is there, providing the resiting of operations goes to plan, then that should see the end of the loans and the debt repaid.
The next twelve months or so will determine whether this company can move to next level or be so near only to **** it up on the run in.

I am with you on this Caposoka its only a joke and banter with skid1, KMR are on track to deliver in 2021, and that is future I am looking towards, I am by the way a Jonny come lately so of course I will be more upbeat than LT investors who have been here for some time and not seen much of a return, the market doesn't seem to have much of an opinion either way up just over 1% now

I don't know why its a surprise that KMR have refinanced, even though this year there is a small cash surplus it has always been projected to fall into debt during 2020 due to the capex requirements, before moving into surplus in 2021, and noting the restrictions on the loans management can't let things slide or they would break the covenants.

Its interesting that as you point out the basket price is at its highest level ever, while Platinum itself as you state has been in a downward trend approaching a decade now, what a beautiful back stop that is, Platinum will eventually have its day again, hopefully when some of the other basket prices start to decline.

Pleased that the environment permit has been officially approved, it would of been a disaster had it been refused, KMR gets tipped by a fund manager from Miton in the link as a stock to buy, nice confidence booster as it reassures if wondering have I made a reasonable pick.........ie, me.

My takeaway is all is well, one less lift, but done after the reporting date, accounts for the shortfall in revenue, debt is balanced by cash so actuality cash positive now, dividend introduced, appears to be an opportunity for the market to pull back the price a little after the steep rise due to the acquisition in the quarter.
