Dear Kashdog, you obviously want to clutter the board with argument to detract from more interesting stuff as you and the rest of team damp try so hard to do, so just the one further post for now. You know as well as anyone that editorial rights on this board are managed by lse admin and nobody else, so the tedious line of 'you get my posts removed' really is a downright lie and you know it.
I have to say that to have a post from you that doesn't contain a personal attack on C7 is really quite refreshing, and to have a man who is (on his own humble admission) as successful and wealthy as you must be, take time out from a life of tranquil retirement in the Mediterranean to call me 'a self righteous dick' is tantamount to flattery. I was pondering why your wife would opt to spend so much time away from you, but then your private life is your own affair - until you try to rub others' noses in their dire poverty as you relax (alone) in opulent serenity.

Oh dear oh dear Kashdog, all that millionaire lifestyle sea air (as your poor wife works 24/7 in the NHS) must have affected you badly. At the risk of incurring the wrath of a few, I'd say that was a perfect example of a balanced post. One then makes one's own mind up and invests accordingly.

A big proportion of those shares were issued in return for the many tens of millions of pounds invested by Redmile and to a lesser extent Vulpes. Dilution in raisings are a necessary evil, but the money from Redmile is the reason we have several trials in progress and are now financially secure and awaiting significant clinical data rather than the next placing.

The only thing I can predict with utter confidence is that any prediction I make for the future of Scancell will be twisted and 'reformulated' by you AB, and as you say, who knows? Maybe just reread the RNSs, look at the products v the market, and contemplate what you can see, what you can't see, and what you can reasonably expect to develop.

I do love a bit of nostalgia, but the 'they're running out of money' and 'RG/LD/some other member of the BoD is inept/out of their depth/bound to be struggling' are old chestnuts and wearing a bit thin. I doubt Redmile would stake millions of pounds of money under their management if they had the misgivings that some here claim to have identified, and it's reasonable to assume that Redmile know a little more about the team running the company than a few miserable keyboard warrior traders.

To be honest TF I think you need to pop back to the darknsidr and distribyour wisdom back there. Seems to a growing concensus that you are talking drivel and haven't got a clue. (Their words, not mine)

Disappointing that TF decides to do a complete cut and paste of his advfn post here, rather than actually engaging in discussion where he originally posted it early this morning. Mind you, given the reaction he got (one comment saying 'This has been discussed to death in the past' and another calling his post 'drivel') I suppose the soft option is just to go to another board and try to look sophisticated rather than trying (however unsuccessfully) to rebut the comments received.

Indeed the RedX story was worked to exhaustion by certain quarters, and Redmile came out of it looking very principled after intense bb scrutiny. The fact it is being mentioned again says a great deal.

Is Balerno2 any relation to Balerno1 or just the pure coincidence of a very similar name?
