If you are into charts, have a look at the 'Val share chart' button above, and click on the 3 year setting - you can see the cliff face of the consolidation in 2015, and the pre-placing spike that caught so many out, and the general decline which is why very few have any confidence in this company. Spare a thought for those who invested in 2012, when Vainikka said of their strategy - 'This maximises returns to shareholders by adding value at the earlier stages where value increases per investment unit are the greatest.' The only decent returns seem to have been made by the board, and bear in mind that something over a million quid of placings per year is needed just to pay their salaries, and that's before and flights or hotel rooms, or even the rent on the office in Boston. Remind me again what that is used for...? There are plenty of concrete reasons to believe this is going nowhere, and only gassy fantasy to back up your predictions.
