Could excitement in GKP currently be partly behind the lacklustre performance of GENL over last week or so. I'm thinking that perhaps short term investors may be selling genel to buy gkp. Personally I'm not going to do that, I'll just patiently wait for the next genel SP increase. Hopefully not too far off.

Someone (chopsy) on advfn was saying that there is a clear flag and pennant formation on the chart. Next lift up could be a good one, if all this chartist black magic is to be believed. I did have a look at what a flag pole and pennant chart looks like and genel's SP certainly does look like it. Also thanks for the heads up on the BBC programme about Iraq. Was very interesting. P. S. I'm a Long time reader of these boards (first time poster) but I'd like to thank you for your thoughts an insights, and humour! Some of your posts certainly kept me going when the SP was down below £1. I even bought a load more which greatly helped my average SP. My breakeven is at 2.58. Hoping for 3.50 - 4.00 short term (this year) and perhaps double that within 3 years. You never know! Have a good sunny weekend all.
