Adrian Hargrave, CEO of SEEEN, explains how the new funds will accelerate customer growth Watch the video here.
Of course that is just pure speculation and the reason so many of us are invested here in the first place. With so many "irons" in the fire it is only a matter of when.....
It is unfortunate that the situation has transpired. I agree with you Bluefox, this news will not have any immediate influence on our share price. If there is news tomorrow I hope it includes a firm date for full listings on both Dublin and London stock exchanges. This to me should now become a prime objective (besides making new discoveries of oil and gas). I am hearing and reading a lot of rumors about Kurdi. The suggestion being that it is early indications there driving up share price. I should expect that any information from Kurdistan will be kept confidential. What we hear is pure speculation. In my opinion share price is currently being driven by speculation. We are currently awaiting test results from Romania. I suspect it is far more likely what is happpening there that is attracting new speculation. What I would like for Christmas.... 1. Viable gas discovery in Romania. 2. Firm commitment to full listings. 3. Discovery of oil in Kurdistan. 4. Lifting of drilling embargo in Italy 5. Payment for what is outstanding from Egypt before annual report.
Happy to see the positive trend.
Who knows? The delay could be due to technical issues or it could be any number of things, weather, supplies, generator problems etc. Beach Energy has a very impressive record for gas exploration. Especially following the detailed 3D seismic scans carried out in this area in 2012. I am sure there will be a very positive result from this drill in the end. To be honest I am never surprised when I hear about delays when drilling. Technically it is very difficult and intricate work to drill 3 kilometres down through rock and mud from a platform based in the sea.
Thanks Carp. I was thinking that progress was a bit retarded. But now I remember that the original completion date for the Cobalcescu drill was updated for delivery in the "December Quarter". I really don’t mind how slow progress is made, as long as there is a positive result at the end of the job. In fact it would make a very nice Christmas present. I have written a letter (out of personal interest) requesting information on the strata they are encountering during the drill. No reply as of yet. I am aware that there may be sensitive information involved, so I am less than hopeful on getting this info. From a purely geological point of view this information would be very interesting. Thanks again Carp for keeping the BB updated with quality verifiable information.
???? Are you sure about that depth?
This is the type of information the big investment houses use to influence their decision making. If it is formalized, this new pipeline will cut the cost of oil transport to a fraction making Kurdistan much more profitable. Not only will the costs associated with transport diminish, but the value of our existing assets in Kurdistan become more sustainable and attractive. It sounds very positive for PCI as well as other oil companies in the area. Getting licensed to explore for oil will become more expensive for new companies as they will have to pay more. Because we have existing contracts we will benefit.
Kurdistan: oil pipeline to Turkey is a reality Nov 1, 2013 6:01pm by David O'Byrne http://blogs.ft.com/beyond-brics/2013/11/01/kurdistan-oil-pipeline-to-turkey-is-a-reality/#axzz2jR6uht5K Iraq’s semi autonomous region of Kurdistan has given its clearest signals yet that it is preparing to realise the export of oil and gas by pipeline via Turkey, independent of the Iraqi central government in Baghdad. Ashti Hawrami (pictured), the Regional Government’s minister of natural resources, said that the central government will have to accept that the Kurdistan Regional Government can export oil and gas without interference from Baghdad.
