I have heard a lot about cross over and antigen v antibody v treatment v vaccine and they are all valid.

However if you step back then the antibody test is crucial. News from China seems to indicate you may not get reinfected (I am no scientist but that seems to be way the human immune system works with virus strains) and their tests were false positives.

If look at the application then yes, it can help people get back to normal and will be key and the opportunity their is huge alone and as omega is part of RTC you can only think it will be the front of the queue for these orders but beyond that you have the international market and a need for countries without the technology to source tests (reverse PPE - we have suffered there but now become the supplier)

It goes further than that. Whilst you could look at ‘travel passports’ they could be open to abuse. Countries could insist on tests at point of entry before passing customs and only allow people with antibodies in - it’s not that far fetched. This is not a 2020 problem but into 2021 and beyond.

I am in here modestly, yes because I think there will be some profit against my small holding but also because this is a superb company with more than Covid-19 to it.

These boards amaze me. I am simply saying I work in IT and have for a long time so understand tehcnology as others do on the board, I dont comment on Pharma technology as I dont work in Pharmaceuticals.

First and foremost you dont need to own IP in order to utilise and distribute and make products in this industry and secondly if people so passionately believe this will not work then sell your shares (if indeed you have some) and move on to something else - it's your money and for the investors on this share it's their money.

Alexa I am amazed at that post. I have worked in the tehnology industry all my life and currently sit on the board of an IT company. I also work in the public sector market. What you are posting is utter tripe I am afraid.

Bluetooth is old tech now, but is on many 1000's of devices including all modern phones (how do you think you connect to your car) - people dont need to adopt it, it is there. People need to adopt the solution that utilises BT and if this starts to free up the population who are suffering mental health, economic health and physical health issues it will be a success. I dont care where the SP goes today / Monday - I have a small investment as I see the value and there are many firms out there innovating.

But technology adoption .... your views are just outdated

This has not added anything on ODX and I am a holder before you ask. They are lab tests, the other tests are 'some way off'.

Stop the excitement and just hold, this will get there and I am waiting just like everyone else but it needs more time.

This is a really good long terms stock for me - I am not moving - but it seems to frustratingly be bouncing between 10 - 11 and needs a permanent breakout as it is way under valued with the partnerships it has.

And on PYC - it just seems to be getting bounced up and down (is that what they call pumping and dumping?) and i dont see the fundamentals so i will be steering clear spurs - betting ramping that elsewhere!

One thing I have learnt is that these boards are full of 'experts' - especially since they made money on Novacyt

Fairly new to this investing (lockdown relief) and I have a small holding I bought at 6.6p - I like what this company is doing and I believe it is one to stay with on a journey. I do have a general question for the more experienced investors though. In terms of the spread, i get it is the difference between the Bid and Ask but i have been trying to read up on what it signifies if it is a large spread or small spread and what they signify and which may be more positive - or does it really signify nothing at all?
Help appreciated if you can.

So trying to cut through the noise, open at depth is good I assume as not hit the bottom. But out of the 100's of posts I would like one from Paddy on quality etc.. and whether this exceeds expectations and what it may mean for the coming months?

So do we expect an RNS in the morning and potential suspension of GGP trading - are we in limbo now until GGP tell us something or Newcrest announce?

Will the quarterly now be withheld?

Exciting / stressful / interesting and i have not got anything life changing in this but I can sense the buzz on the board

I have to agree with ACM87 and gin63. I only invested for the first time this month (lockdown fever) and only have a small holding here but came across this board whilst on the Solgold board and you guys are the most informed I have met. Paddygall is already a legend (my wife even asks if he has given me any insight after a night of reading!). Seriously hope it all is good news today, i have a modest holding here (4k in three shares so not life changing) but I can see the research and effort you guys have put into this. Paddy, Spy, Mushroom, TomE and more - always informative and considered and far less abuse than some of the other boards. Thanks for the lesson on how much effort you should put in to these investments.

Novicehunter / unvrkw thank you for your replies. OAPK20, yes I only set my profile up two days ago as wanted to interact with some guys on the boards. Like I say first post tonight.

I do think it is a good thing he is doing, I am just navigating my way through terms and behaviours and that was something I wanted to ask (reason for the boards?). Having seen his updates and interviews, this strikes me as a well run business with a good leader and one that can do some real good with the critical manufacturing base, hence I am invested (again - not life changing, but enough to focus my mind).

I am learning the jargon though so I guess I say GLA!

You will see this is my first ever post and I have seen some rather dismissive and angry replies but I do have a genuine question. I am a holder, not massive I have actually got into shares in the lockdown to give my brain something to do. I have invested here, GGP and HEMO - but not loads - I am learning - porfolio only worth £4k - this is just me getting use to the market and jargon.

I do have a genuine question. I think ODX will get at least one RNS that moves it significantly north again through the RCT - when we dont know but it feels imminent. I am not questioning Richard's motives in giving shares to charity (for the second time I believe) but for some reason I do find the timing odd. Charities inevitably are cash strapped and could be tempted to cash them in as soon as possible but if an RNS is not far off why wouldnt you delay to help the charity more (i.e. with a higher share price potentially).

This is a genuine question I wouldn't mind opinions on, based on the board responses to some questions I will get my bullet proof vest on but thoughts are welcome.
