Just logged on and you select your broker and Lloyds is listed so you create the account. Select your broker and then enter your account number (with Lloyds) then when you buy shares through the platform. On the settlement date they should appear in your Lloyds account - that is my understanding - Avacta are the first shares I have bought like this.

They do take the money out of your account on the day you actually apply so you need the cash in bank at application.

I would look at registering now on PrimaryBid for future placings in all companies that go through all that platform and you buy from your bank account.

Sorry PTOs - yep see that - I thought that was already known though and it was CE marked, I am probably wrong. To be honest I keep struggling with the linear process here to seeing some Mologic RNS on revenues. CE mark was achieved a bit back but no news since.

I am pretty sure this is not the ELISA test and has nothing to do with Omega - this is a less specific POC test for the third world at £1. The ELISA test is a lab based test.

I had issues registering with Primary Bid for Open Orph and missed out. However, now i am registered i get a regular alert on email of any primary bid placing and it is linked to my sharedealing account (with EQI). So although it is a bit of an initial faff once you are registered it is very easy - I got my allocation yesterday.

Last night I got an email alert for a placing for SOLGOLD, didnt buy (got to stop spending cash at some point!) but it is useful to get the emails so you can see the discount level and decide if you want to jump in.

I would recommend anyone just to register now for future (and not just avacata) placings as it you will see placings that are in companies you may not be aware of and can decide if they are worth a trade based on discount or investment at a lower entry point - obviously DYOR

CF said he didnt want the government contracts (probably not as profitable) and was leaving the to Roche or Abbot - but it is a good backup plan if he can't get the orders as OO is ready to go.

Slide 14 is pipeline and revenue opportunities - Quotient is £10m - £30m - I am taking the £10m so as not to over egg the goose. Not been accused of ramping and dont want to start now - just trying to follow the facts.

That's right. CF specifically said he felt the valuation would be between £100m and £500m and to the upper end. £350m is £175m to CF and he said it would be paid through. So just working on the Exec Chairman's numbers.

Rudey - it was CF who said £10m revenue for Quotient machine in his presentation this week - that also was his take which is why I think in relative terms it is low (unless there is a demand for multiple machines) compared to the challenge studies (£80m for 12) and Immutex.

I am worried about getting my balance wrong in my small portfolio - but OO is very attractive.

jester16 - it shot up due to the sky interview where the reporter asked an ambiguous question in respect of 50million orders that made it sound like that was all for ODX. Neither ODX nor the NOMAD wanted to issue the speeding ticket, they saw no reason but AIM insisted. Having gone through the highs and lows of that I just think that showed how the SP will react on design freeze etc.... and the press release by the RTC this week did not say 'should be june' was more definate in that.

I like your evaluation there. Immutex is the golden goose for me and CF knows what he has. The Quotient machine is good for publicity and profile but £10m revenues from one machine at capacity is dwarfed against £125m to £175m for Immutex.

Have I got this right that we assume a sale at £300m (£150m to OO) then that is a dividend of c.26p per share (as current market cap is 80m against 14p) and so just for immutex this is a hold in terms of value. Might be totally wrong and welcome views on this bit.

A lot of publicity about this now so they must be confident 50million tests per annum across mainly two sites, one being ODX. Wouldn't surprise me if we dont see Design Freeze through to Production within June or at worse early July. Government order alone is 50m, so lets estimate 20million to Odx @ £2 margin (up for debate) for the manufacturing process is £40million margin per annum for at least two years. This has nothing to do with any other capacity thet may build out for non-government orders. And also excludes Mologic ELISA at 46,000 per day.

Patience seems to be the winner here and has to be at point of just holding now and not risking the 7am RNS if you have sold.

I dont look at LSE. I just have a tab on Google live prices, gives you the last trade and is as close to realtime as you get for free.

Confirmation of design freeze in June and guaranteed order from government.

If people cannot way 20 working days for this to unfold then move on!

How about both?

Orph testing for businesses mainly around London to ensure safety and only company able to run stage 3 challenge studies
Omega home testing for people who need to / want to in order to protect loved ones etc... and quick results with guaranteed orders from Government

Like I say, both, there isnt one fix.

Come on all. Let’s be respectful of each other’s views. When you read other boards (Avacta / omega for example). There is outright warfare and animosity. I have found this board civil and differing opinions bounces about. People not invested shouldn’t really post IMO but if you are and have an opinion this is the forum.

NST saying there was not much new in my view compared to last weeks presentation on sharetalk was about right but differing words such as the immutex timescale gave a few more clues. If you didn’t see CF last week then this was all new.

Important updates will get an RNS and soo no think.

The press release was better than the main RNS as obviously can be a bit more bullish from consortium in saying June rather main RNS saying probably June. So it should be a good month.
