But ultimately it doesn't matter unless you are looking to sell before the result of the FPS.

If there is a sale (99.9% IMO) then there will just be the immediate re-rate to the new price and if there isn't (0.1% IMO!) then there will be an immediate drop.

So if you are in the for sale then this is all irrelevant - the minute the RNS lands the price will change and that is where we will be so there isn't much point in willing the SP higher at the moment IMO unless you want to get out pre-sail. Looks like the market has set the 'get on board' if you want to price and wait and see.

Only way the SP matters if there is some kind of leaky ship - which there has not been so far - and the MMs start to move it in the appropriate direction quickly.

Not really concerning is it - he still owns 1%.

none of the LTHs are selling at 4:30 or 8:00 tomorrow are they? in fact i would think noone is.

Only price that matters is the one when you decide to sell, hopefully for a profit!

I would agree - he would not be buying another 500k of shares at 17p plus unless he was confident in his already 31million shares and that he will get a return on top of the 17p.

obmuj - all I would say is if you are paying CGT you are paying a %age of your profit, if you are paying a %age of your profit your investment has made you money! I dont begrudge CGT really, avoid if I can, but if i cant I only pay it if i have improved my wealth. Death and taxes and all that!

Piper - dont disagree on what you are saying - I originally started looking at Omega because of RTC. I was just replying to the original post agreeing with MIKODX - people solely investing in ODX for RTC need to re-think. There is a much bigger picture.

I dont disagree - no one should be investing based on the RTC IMO. If people perceive a massive uplift on that point then I am not sure they have fully researched.

The BoD dont put 20% capacity in RTC and 80% in Mologic if RTC is the profitable one, they dont write down £7m to concetrate on testing unless they believe it is profitable, they dont secure a placing and expand operations if they cannot fill the facility, they dont sign an MTA for four Mologic products with ties in India and Africa if they dont see the opportunity (compared to our small island population) and finally, they of course have core business in China on the food allergy front.

CK has said - news flow through to September - RTC does not propel the share to £1+ £2+ or whatever your target is - it is excellent exposure and gets the company name out in the UK and potentially internationally to US through political links but the mass market in Africa and India where there is no abatement in the virus is why I am invested.

DYOR research etc ... this is definitely not a one trick pony.

So an investor sitting on 20x return and over 300million shares. If that is not confidence than what is?

Ian_ apologies - I cannot resist - I think this may take a little longer than July so I am going to say 10/08/2020.

As I think no-one cares about todays SP (almost 100% in a week and now awaiting news) I have been trying to validate the information today (Mologic CE marking of second product and ramping up of India testing) and have liaised with Walbrook and received the following information:

On the CE mark for Mologic:
You are correct, Mologic has CE marked their second product but this has nothing to do with Omega Diagnostics.

Omega Diagnostics has an agreement with Mologic in place, to use Mologic’s technology and transfer it to their own manufacturing site, to make and commercialise their own Omega Diagnostics branded POC lateral flow test. The technical transfer of this has commenced, with the next steps including making batches of the product at scale to check the manufacturing methods work. Omega will then look to CE Mark the product.

So the MTA means the technology is transferred and Omega now build their test and brand it and will CE mark their own test - something I didnt know, but hopefully a formality (as Omega are a manufacturer after all) - this is what will be RNSd I would think but no idea how long this will take.

In terms of India testing and the ramp up reported in hindustantimes:

This is for RAPID TESTS and once Omega has CE marked a rapid test for sale in India, the Company will register and then address all the opportunities in India.

So we need the rapid test (either RTC or Mologic one I assume).

Just sharing info - and still happy with ODX - and wish i my other investment would pop (not like MBO did today!) so i could move more over here!

One thing I still dont know the absolute answer to - and dont know if someone on the board does:

On the RTC Test - Omega will be supplying the government 10million tests. But do they, as part of the consortium, have an MTA so all four members can also brand and sell the test independently outside of the UK. Do they all own the intellectual property? Not looking for guesses (I can do that!) just wondering if anyone knows and can evidence the facts to back it up.

If the Mologic POC antibody test is as good it wont matter but would still like to understand.

Timing will be everything for me here - i am in two stocks ready to announce significant news (allegedly) - if the stars align I will be able to move from one to potentially load up on the other but knowing my luck they will pop together.

The most important thing for me is that the world is huge. We have multiple tests - room for multiple suppliers but the have an oligopoly in UK practically (free testing from RTC by government) and 4 Mologic tests world wide in the most highly populated regions of Africa, US and India.

We only have 100million per annum capacity currently.

Room for more than one supplier - whilst it would be nice - we want to be able to meet the demand we get reputationally, walk before we can run and all that.

One thing I have been musing is the shares in issue - 178m (SNG 149M, AVCT 249M, NCYT 71M). Similiar to SNG who had a massive ride yesterday after an impressive RNS - but it does come down to supply and demand also. A lot of people with a 50p+ average who have been in since April and also took placing shares as well as institutions will want to hold on over the next few months you would help whilst all the news drops - this should only help with supply and demand of shares so ultimately if the institutions hold on (which I would think they would as they mopped up the seller and some of the offer shares in the last three months) then the SP should drive harder.

So much sentiment was lost in June when everyone thought Coronavirus was beaten but it is on the increase again, and unfortuantely for the countries, in the areas Omega is targetting. I wonder if the holders of Omega hopefully realize the RTC is less important on profitability than Mologic where the target is India / Africa and potentially US. RTC is great and has helped with profile and PR - dont get me wrong - but I think the profits there will pale in to insignificance if we breach capacity on Mologic and need more.

RTC PHE approval and Guaranteed order of 10million (with a good payer)
Mologic x 4
80% Mologic / 20% RTC can be flexed on demand and increased further
2million tests
Chinese allergy business
Writedown of 7m - is a positive in my view - the BoD see where the profit is for the foreseeable future
Placing absorbed now and funded
Manufacturer from two sources - so distribution and manufacture is what they are good at with less risk in investment, Omega just needs product to distribute.
Only 178M shares in issue (new one for me thinking it through)

300M Mcap = c.£1.80 - that is my minimum target from here.
