Regulator - that is the point - the Politico article is with Mologic - I am not talking about the RTC.

i.e. Mologic have links and we are shipping their CE ELISA tests to Senegal and they are producing an LFT for Antigen.

Totally nothing to do with RTC but ODX has more to it than RTC with longer term value.

Chuggley - thanks - I had missed that. It is good news, they have the test by the look of it and are looking to improve quality now.

Two of the best bits for me:

Mologic is now working to improve different prototypes for its self-test that could go into mass production by the end of the year

That means CE marked at least and approved for other countries if it is in production - if CE marked then the MTA kicks in and ODX can CE mark (last one took c.1 month) and pass to MHRA for home use. So we will have a timescale idea when we get MHRA approval from RTC as to how long that should be.

That is why we currently have 2 Mologic tests CE marked - we will get the other two after MTA and CE mark those which seems to take about 4 - 6 weeks based on the last MTA from Mologic.

I know it is stating the obvious - but all this discussion around the tender is the UK market only (RTC or Mologic LFT Antigen). And ODX part of a government consortium gives them the contacts and in to be one of the go to suppliers for a piece of the pie.

India is out of control and selling excess tests through amazon establishes supply chains elsewhere for private tests including the ludicrous US market.

We are off on the rise without the RNS that MHRA has been achieved and so I do now think it may be time to revise my original exit point of £1.80........

All involved - I am not invested but thinking of doing so if I can free some capital up from my others shortly. Been looking a VGAS for a while now and I always try to look for a reason not to invest but as of now cannot see one. Wading through RNS and other research I get the fundamentals but there is added spice here.

The commodity prices don't worry me, VGAS has over £10m in the bank, a MCAP of £18m, only 81m shares in issue and is in an FSP that the BoD said should be completed by end of September (13 trading days).

I am playing with fire as I want my other investments to crystalise and expect this imminently and was planning on moving over (unless the FSP sales completes before I get the chance) but I wondered if any of the other LTHs have any alarm bells as I just see this as an opportunity that looks too good (so is it as they say?)

I also dont understand the incredibly quiet board based on all of this.

Ok, after predicting the last four major RNS dates I am excited for Monday as that was my next prediction and I would hate to let the board down :-) There was logic - it is week 12 and the only experience I have - but there are cases of 20 weeks on FSP on these boards. Just don't want to lose my 100% record!

In a positive way, this is the most boring daily share - we arent waiting for RNS after RNS and growth, we are really just waiting for THE RNS. Basically, it has just got binary for everyone involved - sale RNS and rum all round.

Going to ignore the BB this weekend, probably descend in to attacking the company so time to chill until Monday 7am and that golden RNS (I hope!)

I don't do advice, but if I was Carslberg, I would say to those true investors that I would not get drawn in to the weekend attacks that are bound to come. I would take a 30% rise every week without orders ... seems to me as though the shackles are being released.

The SP will immediately re-rate to close to the offer price - for example - if offer price is £1.25 it may re-rate to £1.22.

You can then sell at £1.22 or wait for ratification and get £1.25 or even potentially a counter offer that is higher, of course the deal may also fall through - which at offer stage is highly unlikely.

Sorry - and as daft as it seems - they also have £1m available in the overdraft facility if needed, they just cleared it down. Should be well funded now.

And if you look there is still availability to expand further - 2nd item - £3m to expand to 1million LFTs per week but there is also £2.7m to expand the LFT portfolio (more product / more tests) and £2.3m for working capital - this can also be invested, especially if the funding is received from the government on contract signature.

We are now on the move, probably a few weeks later than most anticipated (including me) but it should be a good few weeks ahead of us now.

Well - completed my Staycation this week - first time in a CamperVan but managed a northern leg and reached John O'Groats! Targetting Lands End next year!

I have just been reading the board on my phone occasionally and having a break from work but back now and can see the good news is starting to roll in and we are in the heat of a lot of board attacks.

No need to compete with other companies / PIs on other shares - there is room for many products in the UK and beyond.

First you need a quality test, second you need to CE mark it, then you need MHRA approval for home use to get to the gold standard and mass market. We are at the final hurdle with the RTC test and I dont see the problem, especially after the BBI tweet (what a treat!).

Ignore the angry noise, the RTC bit seems nailed on, that gets us contracts in with the government that may act as a framework to move the Moligic LFT Antigen test through with a good relationship set up so all well placed.

What I would really like is a sales RNS from India - to have both horses running concurrently would be an entertaining SP ride.

Why would the Mologic test being in Condor on an RNS - they are not listed - Omega has an MTA - Mologic is providing them with the technology and Omega will white label and sell. Mologic also are able to sell there own test and it is this that is in the trials at Heathrow for example - nothing to do with Omega - except that if it passes we have the same test and that provides confidence. This is why Mologic have 2 x CE Marked tests and Omega have only CE Marked the first as the second one has complete the MTA and Omega are now manufacturing to CE mark it themselves - this was confirmed by them and they got the tech transfer late July.

I dont mind people asking questions but it just feels like mud slinging and trying to to confuse people who are reading the posts - or possibly the people posting are confused.

Either way - is it possible that we keep it civil and if you are invested then post, and if not, move on?

Just to get an understanding I have had a look at the takeover panel disclosure list and can see 6 listed companies in an FSP process at the moment and all of them gained exemption from the 28 day rule (not sure why it is there!).

There are 10 completed ones were registered and offered on the same day (done deals)
1 (Pollen) was registered and offered on the same day, but then had another offer 6/8 - so a counter offer made
Only two completed this year with a time lag - one was 4 months and one was 6 months

Of the open ones with no offeror an interesting example is VolGas

FSP started April 2020
RNS 26th June 2020 as an update - basically saying offers on the table and they are looking to conclude by 30th Sept

It just provides insight in to the FSP process and timelines which does differ from my experience in PE. However, I think EUA were well involved prior to FSP announcement and therefore still think it will be September time (and also hope it will!) but we may well get an update RNS as per VolGas in the interim.

Tricky - i believe there are two tests - the first one was 3000 people which confirmed the accuracy and the second one underway is 2000 to confirm usability. I think they may be separate to ensure it passes the specification in a controlled environment and the second is less concerned as they know the test works, it is whether the test is easily used by consumers.

Now before anyone shoots me down I may have dreamt that but thought I had read it. If anyone is desperate and cannot wait for the results then they can contact Ulster direct, Professor Tara Moore is the lead - but I am sure she is quite busy.

And checking - the FSP there started on the 16th April - so nearly 20 weeks - that is a long time IMO.

Different market and you dont know the pre-engagements but there is a real life example.

And the lesson there Ethio is that this was an intraday announcement - not a 7am RNS - hence why trading this is very dangerous now.
