Smiler888, it may be readily available, however the process and procedures for hazardous air cargo are very strict, the amount of paperwork that needs to be done correctly is immense and finding a carrier with aircraft availability to fly the product from supplier to Zim will also take time, there's no express delivery when it comes to ensuring the safety of an aircraft carrying a hazardous cargo everything is done meticulously. I'd be shocked if GR has the reagent delivered this week and surprised if he has it delivered within 2 weeks. I stand by my comment that I believe it will be at least a month (best case scenario) before the reagent is on site. Im looking at this objectively and this is my objective opinion rather than looking through rose tinted glasses. If GR proves me wrong then great we all benefit from production starting. A few weeks delay isn't the end of the world but I'd rather GR was more cautious with his time frames

Will take a few weeks for the chemical reagent to arrive. They have to source it first, then find a carrier to fly it into Zim, then do all the relevant paperwork for hazardous cargo customs etc, then have it flown in, then transported to Zulu and tested before use. This is not a quick process I would reckon 4 weeks minimum probably closer to 6. Mid May at the earliest to start producing the quality product they want, that's assuming also that the Zim government stump up the missing permit in a timely manner

Will definitely be asking for authority to issue shares, enough for a couple more keepnthe lights on placings, no other way they can defer the inevitable bankruptcy. Anyone who believes the pump and dump going on here deserves to lose their money. VRS is a worthless company, only people profiting are the ones selling whilst the mug punters believe the BS and buy their shares off them.

There aren't 10 to 20 million shorts looking to close. There are just over 10 million placing shares at 3p that are now being sold for a healthy 30% plus profit at the expense of those willing to believe the rubbish being spouted by the likes of Tahir (aka fantastic stock on twitter) and his cronies all of whom are well known pump and dump merchants who would sell their grandmother for 10% and not think twice about it. Price is dropping now that they're being challenged publicly, they're getting out quickly now, don't be left behind holding after they've gone, they won't feel guilty about you losing money. VRS is done for anyone believing otherwise is deluded.

Looks like a massive pump and dump to me. All the placees looking to sell their placing shares to those foolish enough to believe their hype of 10p+ and a hark back to the good old days. Don't be left holding while these guys promise the earth whilst quietly taking their nice profits at your expense. Facts are clear, company has no money, isnt generating any decent revenue and never will, the funds from the placing won't last very long and then what? EGM to allow the issue of more shares? Or (as is more likely) bankruptcy? You choose which option? If you're a buyer be cautious and have an exit strategy, the placees have theirs and it's already in action.

Not really an elephant in the room! It's a potential additional $6 million available to the company to complete future acquisition and achieve the 2B plan. That's potentially another $600 million AUM, throw in the $40 million that takes the company close to $1.5bn in AUM

Nice to see these warrants exercised. They still had another year available to wait and exercise them. Wonder why they've chosen now to do so? One of those targeted opportunities arisen? Thos money potentially allows another acquisition of up to an additional $40 million AUM should previous acquisitions be a rough guidelines. There's no hiding from the TR1 now, it will be coming and all will be revealed

There's another of the "warehoused" buys, another 1.5 million out of the free float. Thought we would have seen a TR1 buy now, it will come soon enough and I expect a very quick move up when it does come. Anyone sitting on the fence I'd suggest now's the time to jump off whilst it's still cheap

28th Feb update stated it brought them closer to $50 million, didn't say how close, so it's not down $5 million it's potentially down $4.99999 million or potentially down $0 most likely a figure somewhere in between. As others have stated there's likely been redemption, I imagine there haven't been many if any funds that haven't had any redemption over the last year so its to be expected and its not a big number thats been redeemed. Key points to take forward are 7.2% annual returns which triggers the hurdle payment. Everyone invested in the fund from inception to January 2022 will be paying the fees plus the hurdle payment, so at a fund valuation of around $45 million those are decent numbers and prove the model works. When it's scaled up.....

Once the identity of the buyer is revealed (hopefully 7am Monday) the market will indeed wake up and see the true value and potential of ALGW. The full 17.5 million could well be 'warehoused' buys. I know that the company have been open to facilitating large trades from shareholders wishing to exit their positions by introducing them to buyers for those positions. It's distinctly possible that this is the case here. Which if I'm right (and I could be wrong) takes our mystery buyer to over 30 million shares plus whatever they managed to get on the open market. Could well be seeing a TR1 showing someone taking close to 10% of the company

The background buyer is doing as much as they can to accumulate and hide their trades. Look at the trade flags and you can clearly see they're trying to keep their buying as hidden as is legally possible. Protected portfolio transactions, and single protected transactions
A protected transaction occurs when a large order is going through the market. The buyer (or seller) may wish to keep the order anonymous from the rest of the market as the size of the order could greatly alter the price of the stock.
This buyer wants to stay under the radar as much as possible.
Clearly wants to build a big stake and has the funds to do so and the broker contacts to try and stay hidden

Moving up quickly on low volume. 100k left at 3.2 then it's a very quick run up to 3.5

Perhaps the background buyer decided not to remain jn hhe background. 1 million taken in 250k chunks. Will we be seeing another TR1 soon?

Background buyers order being filled, not leaving anything available for the rest of us, just managed to get another 55k but that's all that was available

Probably best to ring the broker direct and let them fill it for you, they'll get you the best price possible. Seems all the buying from yesterday has put the MMs in a difficult position.

Depending on how much you're looking to buy try a Fill or Kill at different prices or a limit order of say 3.3p that should get your order filled.

Brokers note was the reason I added more today.
It's a great read and goes a long way to affirming my reason for investing in the company.

Perhaps those are the buys Martinigirl was alluding to last week. MMs spent time filling the 540k so looks to me like they don't have much available to sell if they have to work that amount. Bodes well for when the company get round to releasing news
