If you believe anything AimHigher says the RNS was already written on Sunday, he got that from the "horses mouth" still no sign of it or indeed any other comms from GR. Obviously having trouble working out how to spin the inevitable bad news, if he had anything good to say he would have said it by now. 30th May deadline approaching, still no news on production figures or grades. 90 days starts on 31st May, accounts due by 30th June, will tge new auditor have time to get them done or will we see yet another suspension for failure to file timely accounts?

Well aware of the date thanks, "hope" all you want but if he had anything good to say he would have said it by now to protect the SP as that's what any half decent CEO would have done. His silence is deafening, the fanboys should really wake up and take a look at the bugger picture instead of being so microscopic in their focus. Invested? What's GR done to help protect their investment? He bought £110k to either try and instill some market confidence or make up the shortfall because the "institutional investors" weren't prepared to stump upnthe cash, much like the Chinese. Have you or anyone else from the telegramp group asked yourselves or George why the Chinese didn't provide the cash he needed that required TWO placings? They've got people on site, surely they would have given him the money if everything was as good as the telegramp group are being told or making up to suit their telegramp needs and get those sell orders in leaving the mug punters left to hold significant losses.

Until it's printed and delivered to the market in an RNS one should only accept what the market has been informed of as Fact, not speculation, rumour, conjecture or hearsay, plain old simple Fact

"does prem have a mine, yes, is it about to produce tonnes of lithium, yes" can it produce the right grade at a rolling average of 4000 tonnes pm given the plant capacity is 4000 tonnes pm given it hasn't produced anything we know of others than a picture of a 1 tonne bag?

"Suzhou are a large comoany who are fully aware that hiccups happen in this game" indeed they are and they're large enough to be able to invoke the clause that will allow them to take possession of Zulu under the agreement that put Zulu up as security if GR couldn't produce the goods.

So far GR hasn't produced the goods, those with a different opinion to the telegramp group aren't clueless just providing an alternative opinion. There is a potential downside here and if you're not prepared to consider it then you are foolish

Not sure of the relevance of the question. Doesn't matter when it was taken out, nothing has been repaid to date and the burning question is PREMs ability to adhere to the agreement and start making repayments through offtake, which as of today hasn't happened despite GR stating (lying) in interview that they would meet the 29th March deadline, nearly 2 months on and the next deadline of 30th May is looming and still no supply of SC6. 🤔

Not conjecture, Zulu is the asset used to secure the loan. Does Prem have $34 mill plus interest available to pay the loan off?

Zulu Lithium Private Limited ("Zulu") and Zulu Lithium Mauritius Limited ("Zulu Lithium") will provide Suzhou TA&A with security over all existing assets including all the mining claims, and all other assets, company shares and inventory including SC6. To the extent that above security fails to cover any outstanding amounts under the Pre-Payment Amount, Premier has agreed to cover this shortfall by way of a cross company guarantee.

The loan is secured against Zulu as per the 24 June RNS, Prem don't have $34 mill plus interest to pay the loan and I can't imagine anyone having the time to do the DD or indeed the willing to lend GR that kind of money to bail him out of yet another failed project. So Suzhou will have no choice bit to take possession of the asset used to secure the loan

Can the Chinese produce their own Spod after GR fails to meet the agreed targets and they take Zulu as the secured asset against the loan? YES

FantasticDave, Acker along with others are simply pointing out the obvious issues that investors need to consider, these are relevant facts that paint a bigger picture rather than just the rose tinted view being put forward by others. One should weigh up all the risk vs reward elements and make a decision. As I see it right now there's too much risk given GR history of misleading shareholders and what I'm seeing in videos of the mine and the odd bag of product is exactly what GR did when RHA went into production. The excessive ramping from the "group" talks of information from the "horses mouth" and "rns written" well GR isn't going to give price sensitive information to a shareholder is he? Turns out the "horses mouth rns" hasn't come and the market is realising that the short term risks here outweigh medium to long term reward

Will be looking out for your £10k buy at 8am tomorrow AimHigherStill, best get in on the bell or you'll miss the bargain buy of the day, unless of course you think it might drop?

AimHigherStill it's only a profit when it's banked, mines in the bank, yours is on paper and that paper could easily become worth less than you paid for it at the drop of a GR RNS. I'll not lose sleep over anything PREM related because I've no financial interest here anymore, just watching from hhe outside. I'll buy back in when the time is right for me, when I consider that the short term risks have been addressed, until then I leave it up to you and all the other GR fans to keep "buying the dips" and "adding more whilst the weak sell" and prop up the SP on no definitive news or just a speculative "we've heard it from the horses mouth" comment from a proven liar. I wish you luck, this coming week will be telling and I'm intrigued to see how the market reacts.

AimHigherStill, correct I'm not invested, sold the last of my holdings a while ago at 0.92 (if I remember rightly) banked a nice hefty profit. I am however interested in Prem and more than happy to buy back in at some point in the future but right now there's too much risk short term to justify parting with my cash. I just cannot trust GR atm his previous form with RHA cost a lot of people a lot of money and I'm seeing too many similarities with pictures of Tungsten etc from back then and those of us that were singing George's praises back then were made to look like mugs.

That horses mouth? Unless it's in an RNS I wouldn't believe anything that man says in relation to timescales and even then I'd be doubtful.
