RE: 2.39p8 May 2023 22:47
That's a good summary cszjrh01. I agree that pretty much no-one can be happy about the share price movement, it's crazy that the market hasn't managed to see the potential here. My thoughts on your points:
1. Downside is now pretty much non existent. I've increased my holdings Roy has increased his (confirmed directly) but remains below the notifiable threshold, Mark has increased to 25% and I expect we will see a TR1 shortly to confirm the link numbers on the annual report. Follow the money? Without a doubt!!
2.lack of comms has been a major issue recently and historically, we were told ckmms would improve and they didn't, Mark as advisor to the company is fully aware shareholders aren't happy with the comms and I'm led to believe that there will be a big change in the approach to comms.
3. Share price will move when it moves, we have no control over the movement other than to say the free float is not particularly large so movements in SP are quick but I expect we are entering a news rich period so an upward trajectory.
4. The business has changed significantly since IPO and imho for the better, the focus on the insurance side allows for significant increases in AUM and coincidentally significant jncreases in revenue and yherefore significant increases kn profit.
I for one am very excited about the next few months, the company have clearly told.us there's significant discussions going on in the background, they've now got significant assets yhey van leverage for additional acquisitions so no need for a dilutive raise for an acquisition.
I wouldn't be surprised if we breached $1bn by the end of the summer.
My price target remains (conservatively) a £100mn mcap so around 16p looking more at 30p+ for a takeover if all the stars align
