Botuney do you actually understand anything about the company. Can you read an RNS (or rather 2 RNS) and understand the contents?
As has been explained by many of us "warriors" on here, Zenith were issued shares in order to secure payment for a debt owed to them by the company, a debt which GR did not pay despite having a legally binding arbitration judgment in favour of Zenith. Zenith, as you were told they would, are now selling those 2 billion shares in order to get the money they're owed. As of the 21st August they had sold 550 million shares, I guess you're mathematical ability is similar to your English language comprehension so I'll explain it to you. As of market close on 21st August 2024, Zenith had 1,450,000,000 shares left to sell. They will have sold a quantity of those into the rise on Friday so could well have a little under 1000,000,000 shares left to sell.
They are not investors in PREM, they want their money and I expect that once they've sold their remaining shares they'll be coming back for the $1 million interest they're owed.
