Steward, he did indeed make that point when asking shareholders to support an increase in headroom. Any issuance of such shares would have to be done as an open offer and heavily discounted

Kenny, good stocks are ones where investors make money, not ones where people with few or no shares comment on the bulletin boards.

PREM is anything has to be one of, if not the worst investment on the whole of the stock market. Investors continually diluted, many down 90% or more on their investment and just hoping and praying that GR pulls something out of the back so they can get out with minimal losses.

How does GR reward their hope? He wants to dilute them by another 30% or near 10 billion more shares to try and pay the mounting debt burden and keep the lights on for a bit longer and keep paying the family salaries and consultancy fees.

He has zero respect for shareholders and gets angry when challenged about his lack of delivery on any of the projects he has undertaken as CEO of the company.

Mark my words, this company is going nowhere other than into insolvency.

Luthee I certainly don't care for you for your alleged near 2.8% of PREM I do however care for the individuals suckered into putting their hard earned cash into PREM by the likes of you and Snowking.

This wouldn't surprise me at all and would be indicative of just how dire a financial situation the company is in. Even if he gets the 9.5 billion headroom increase, would that be enough to pay the debts? Certainly won't last long. PREM is pretty much done for now and anyone that cannot see it must be blind.

stark as about as broke as prem, suing them would serve no purpose whatsoever, gr knows that as does madderson so there'll be no compensation paid at all.

Acker he did indeed say that, he's also previously stated that the sorters and magnetic separator don't work and therefore require replacement. No doubt that's why he's stated in today's RNS that "Certain necessary plant issues are being attended to and will be dealt with in a separate announcement to follow shortly"

"Issues" being the key word here.

Botuney the PREM versions don't work therefore they'll need to buy sorters that work which do indeed have price tags in the $millions. Anyone with half a brain should be capable of finding that information out.

Whywastetime, nothing significant about them having paid a company to do some work for them, I hear they've contracted suck-cess to empty their sewage tanks on a fortnightly basis, perhaps yould like to bleat on about that too as it's just as irrelevant as everything else you seem to be posting lately.

Wolframite, the next news will most likely be the result of the GM that will determine how quickly the SP will drop. If he gets the headroom then it's a guaranteed placing by the end of the week and I cannot imagine a scenario where he doesn't utilise the full 9.75 billion. That will be at a big discount given the near 30% dilution so say a 30% discount. If he doesn't get the headroom, the SP goes through the floor very very quickly and who knows where it stops.

There's a possibility that there may be a rally in the SP from current levels given the amount of work Snowking and his cronies are putting in to the telegram groups, conjuring up various scenarios with lots of "what if" and "that's why I added another 12 million" etc etc trying to persuade the gullible to buy more and no doubt taking advantage of the price increases to sell down their holdings knowing, as we all do that one way or another the price is going down. All about how many believe that news is coming ahead of the GM, could be another 20% uptick to keep Kleenex in business whilst Luthee and Botuney clear the supermarket shelves but its way too risky to be left holding the baby when the inevitable drop occurs.

RickyK they most certainly do have more shares to utilise and raise funds. You really ought to know more about the company you spend so much time defending.
