PREM is anything has to be one of, if not the worst investment on the whole of the stock market. Investors continually diluted, many down 90% or more on their investment and just hoping and praying that GR pulls something out of the back so they can get out with minimal losses.

How does GR reward their hope? He wants to dilute them by another 30% or near 10 billion more shares to try and pay the mounting debt burden and keep the lights on for a bit longer and keep paying the family salaries and consultancy fees.

He has zero respect for shareholders and gets angry when challenged about his lack of delivery on any of the projects he has undertaken as CEO of the company.

Mark my words, this company is going nowhere other than into insolvency.

Acker he did indeed say that, he's also previously stated that the sorters and magnetic separator don't work and therefore require replacement. No doubt that's why he's stated in today's RNS that "Certain necessary plant issues are being attended to and will be dealt with in a separate announcement to follow shortly"

Botuney the PREM versions don't work therefore they'll need to buy sorters that work which do indeed have price tags in the $millions. Anyone with half a brain should be capable of finding that information out.

Wolframite, the next news will most likely be the result of the GM that will determine how quickly the SP will drop. If he gets the headroom then it's a guaranteed placing by the end of the week and I cannot imagine a scenario where he doesn't utilise the full 9.75 billion. That will be at a big discount given the near 30% dilution so say a 30% discount. If he doesn't get the headroom, the SP goes through the floor very very quickly and who knows where it stops.

There's a possibility that there may be a rally in the SP from current levels given the amount of work Snowking and his cronies are putting in to the telegram groups, conjuring up various scenarios with lots of "what if" and "that's why I added another 12 million" etc etc trying to persuade the gullible to buy more and no doubt taking advantage of the price increases to sell down their holdings knowing, as we all do that one way or another the price is going down. All about how many believe that news is coming ahead of the GM, could be another 20% uptick to keep Kleenex in business whilst Luthee and Botuney clear the supermarket shelves but its way too risky to be left holding the baby when the inevitable drop occurs.

RickyK they most certainly do have more shares to utilise and raise funds. You really ought to know more about the company you spend so much time defending.

Lloydyboy, agree GR hasn't got it in him to get zulu over the line. There won't be a JV or sale, anybody looking at the project from the outside would see, as we all see, a plant with significant issues that requires massive capital injection with no guarantees of production. The due diligence alone would take much longer than PREM has funds for. GR will continue to bleed shareholders dry whilst taking his salary and consultancy fees all the while "believing" the next fix to be the last before production, which we all know it won't be as by his own admission there's more needed than just the new flotation circuit in order to get a good clean product and at an economically viable volume, despite what GR has insinuated with his non independently verified costings, which we were told would be independently verified months ago, suggesting that the independant verification didn't go in his favour so he continues to make up figures to get certain individuals excited enough to buy more Kleenex.

Wolframite, incredulous perhaps but true nonetheless, spent a lot of time and money previously backing George so try to keep up to date as I may dip my hand back I at some point and it's all part of my own due diligence to know what's going on. As for shorting PREM, I've never shorted a stock in my life, way too much risk involved if you get it wrong and I personally consider it immoral and shouldn't be allowed.

Thats why im shareless, i dont like to see my money evaporate into thin air because the likes of GR havent the ability to deliver on what they say and over exposed children such as yourself believe all you are told rather than look at the facts presented to you.
