Deadeye probably sold out unto the rise, that's his modus operandi as he admitted to doing previously last night. That's the deal with the telegram group they'll tell you the little rumours or make that statement with a little bit of ambiguity and leave it up to you to interpret it the way they want. Luthee uour "sea of blue" are pocket money trades. You must be able to see that when sales account for 80% of the volume in a day the number of buys becomes irrelevant, the "sea of blue" tainted by the bloodbath that was the sells.

Volume nowhere near enough to make a dent in the number of shares still to be sold. This bloodbath will continue and the shareprice will undoubtedly drop much much further and very very soon.

Acker, I agree with you about the 2 billion only being a part payment in order to delay any official legal action. As it stands the 2 billion shares won't cover the capital debt owed to CZ so GR is going to have to find some cash from somewhere to make up the shortfall from the sale of the shares. Then there's the matter of the interest owed which I reckon conservatively to be another $1 million and continuing to accrue. CZ will want that payment reasonably quickly but give GR some time so maybe by year end.

I'd be interested to hear how you think Canmax can increase their holdings in PREM since GR only has 2 billion shares available to offer them.

Best case scenario would be they take an immediate stake in Zulu based on a revised valuation which will be significantly lower than the $200 million originally agreed along with a revised offtake agreement from which they will be the main beneficiary, perhaps the removal of the profit share clause.

All that said, Canmax have had ample opportunities to assist PREM financially through the recent placings but chose not to. The Chinese are renowned for their "land grab" style of business and are ruthless when it comes to getting what they want. GR embarrassed them with the force majeure last year and they don't take kindly to losing face in business situations.

If GR is in China this will be his last chance to get sufficient funds to attempt to get Zulu over the line. Whichever way the trip goes it's not going to be beneficial to shareholders, GR is backed into a corner and has nowhere to turn.

Luthee, you've been here long enough, surely you've learned to be able to tell the difference between what's actually a buy and sell as opposed to what's published by the algorithms?Or are you really that naive?

Trevor, have they made money? They were owed in excess of £2 million (including interest) without the interest it was £1383092.27 at the current price 2 billion shares doesn't cover the debt owed and it's highly unlikely they'll get the current price as an average it will be much lower

Looks to me like CZ couldn't wait for GR to sell the shares so they've decided they'll get what they can for them.

As for Plasmerman RNS that was nothing more than him believing Graham Hill was going to get on board in a senior operational role after they met at the EGM.

Hill has obviously had a good look at the set up and finances and run away as fast as he can. His reputation is most certainly worth far more to him than to risk getting involved with PREM.
