Sprint you forget that Albemarle are producing Hydroxide and have scaled back to a single production line from a planned 4 production lines. If other Hydroxide producers follow suit then there'll be a potential 75% reduction in the volume of Hydroxide produced. 1 tonne of Hydroxide requires approximately 7 tonnes of SC6 therefore it follows that there'll potentially be a 75% reduction in the required volumes of SC6.

Less demand = Less profits for the SC6 miners and if the demand for Zulu product falls below 4000 tonnes a month then it's just not profitable to produce.

All of that being said, Prem would have to be producing SC6 for any of this to be applicable and as we all know they're not producing any SC6 right now and won't be any time soon.

Sprint, how can you possibly say or believe that PREM are profitable? To be profitable a companies revenues need to exceed their costs. PREM has costs exceeding $1.5 million per month and revenues of $0 per month, on what planet in what Galaxy does that make them profitable?

Luthee I couldn't agree more that the Canmax silence is deafening. Their refusal to participate in the most recent raises despite having contractual first refusal on any raise post off take agreement speaks volumes as to their willingness to support GR when he was / is in desperate need of financial support. Their willingness to allow GR to consistently fail to achieve every goal he has set for the project, his consistent failure to deliver at every deadline, their willingness to allow GR to run the company into the ground, all the while the debt owed to Canmax is increasing at $3 million a month with 12%pa compounded interest. Has GR confirmed that Canmax were actually in favour of the vote at the EGM? The numbers were inconclusive and suggest it's more than likely that they abstained which is far from being supportive. Once this next share issuance and raise is completed and the money runs out 4 weeks later, that will be the end for PREM. Canmax will look to take the asset and take it they will, leaving PREM with no cash and no ability to raise as they'll have the ability to block every future request leaving GR no alternative.

Acker, 2 billion still isn't enough shares at this artificially inflated SP, he needs around 0.8p at current exchange rates to ensure payment in full.

On a side note by my reckoning the contractors have managed to offload around 120 million more shares. I expect this liquidity to dry up later today and the price start to drop again

I don't think you could actually short PREM in the traditional sense as I doubt the borrow would be available, perhaps taking a spread bet position against PREM would be construed as a short and anyone that has such a position is undoubtedly in profit, unlike the vast majority of PREM dreamers who are currently nursing significant paper losses with little to no hope of recovering those losses.

You only need to read the posts in the telegram groups of whole pensions, inhertances, monies set aside for home improvements, funds borrowed from parents and loans taken out and invested in PREM because they believed the stories from GR, Snowking, DEB etc the tales of dinners and whispered conversations, the insinuations of untold wealth and all you need to do is buy more, keep averaging down etc etc.

Gazza4563 you should never believe everything the LSE algorithm tells you. The SP is the true reflection of the ratio of buys to sells and right now it's 7% down so clearly there's more appetite for selling than for buying. Anyone buying is just providing the liquidity for the contractor sells. They've got around 600 million to still get through and then there'll be the CZ shares to be sold. It's no wonder GR can't get the placing away.

Most definitely contractors. Maybe GR is having to wait until they've finished selling before anyone is willing to participate in the raise. Doesn't bode well for the placing price if that's the case.

Well for once GR has surprised me, I can only assume that the brokers couldn't negotiate a price that people were willing to invest at given the extremely high risk proposition that PREM now is.

Acker you missed off some zeros, it was 900 million and tondate there's only been 2 confirmed 50 million sells plus a number of smaller sells which I suspect we're them. By my reckoning they've around 650 million left to dispose of. I suspect they'll want rid of these prior to the placing announcement later today or tomorrow morning so expect a big drop in SP. Your 0.04 prediction could end up being an optimistic estimate
