Looks like GR won't be able to generate enough cash from the 2 billion to pay Zenith what's owed (minus interest) so will need to find some cash from somewhere to stave off legal action.

Sprint, GH would be mad to take on the role, a company with no money, no chance of getting any in the near term, little to no chance of producing SC6 in quantity, no licence to export, falling price of SC6 below economically viable levels, It would be a poison chalice and tarnish his reputation.

Sprint, the price of SC6 is highly relevant whether PREM is producing 4000 tonnes per month or producing nothing, as is currently the case.

Yesterday a number of posters highlighted an article which states that PREMs all in costs when producing at 4000 tonnes per month will be under $750 (unverified).

The price os SC6 has now fallen to the point that with the discount to Canmax, costs for PREM exceed the revenue from the product. This is exactly what happened with RHA, it becomes uneconomical to continue operations.

Anyone with a basic grasp of maths can tell you that if it costs more to make something than you can sell it for, your business won't survive for long.

Whatever happened to that independant consultancy firm that was going to review those costings as announced back in May?

Did GR not like the number they came back with?

Has he even engaged an independant consultancy to verify those costs? Thereby misleading shareholders and the market yet again in an RNS. Or does he just not have enough money to pay for that independant analysis? Or anything else for that matter, aside from an all expenses paid trip for two to London.

Whywastetime, yes the best analysts don't get it right all the time but when they get it wrong it's only a bit wrong and not such an epic scale as Archer. Anyone listening to Archer at 1p is now sitting on a shareholding worth 95% less than when he was saying it could easily do 300%. Doesn't do much for his credibility now does it?

Looking in a shop window at least gives you an idea of what's for sale. The PREM shop window is currently bare and the shelves inside are empty, devoid of anything to sell.

The same Charles Archer that was pumping PREM at 1p saying it was going to fly to 3p? That Charles Archer is clearly very knowledgeable when every sane person could see where this was going and look where the SP is right now

Whywastetime, the fact that Zenith were ready to take legal action against PREM means they want their money and they'll want it quickly.

Where's the evidence that Chengxin have any involvement with PREM? Canmax haven't stepped up and provided PREM with any additional financing and it's most likely that they're not going to do so, or they would have already.

GR is on his own now, Captain of a sinking ship with no lifeboats to save the shareholders.

Luthee it's all well and good speculating on a "bigger picture" However you really ought to focus on the 6"x4" that is Zulu, if (when) Zulu fails then the bigger picture becomes irrelevant.

As things stand there's around 2.3 billion shares being sold (in an orderly fashion) at current volumes they won't be sold this side of 2025, I doubt Zenith will wait that long for their money. Then there's the small matter of funding for PREM. GR has 2 billion shares he needs no utilise in order to raise working capital, so far he has been unable to get anyone interested in parting with their cash to help him out. How much longer can PREM continue in business without any money? How much longer will the staff at Zulu continue to work if they're not getting paid? How much longer will Enprotec stay on site if they're not going to be paid for the work they're doing?

Sprint I don't recall seeing any confirmation of the grades from that 350 tonnes. Samples were sent to independant labs yet nothing published on grades. Then it was supposed to be sold, yet still no confirmation of sale. As it stands there's 350 baggies of dust collecting more dust. But hey ho, you keep believing, maybe one day you'll wake up and smell the bull you're preaching

Hasiba, there's a reason that there hasn't been any large volume sells, it's pretty simple to work out, even the most inexperienced AIM investor knows that in order to sell shares there needs to be a buyer. At the moment there's no buyers for PREM shares, what was probably the most liquid share on aim has pretty much dried up in terms of liquidity and volume. The buyers just aren't there. GR has killed the market with billions of shares issued which we all know are being sold. Why would anyone buy now knowing they're just providing liquidity for the sellers

Hasiba, you're right that Zenith are not selling any of the 2 billion shares, they're not holding then either. They've been issued for PREM to sell in an attempt to raise £1383092.27 to pay Zenith the original capital amount owed to them. Then there's the interest on top of that, we don't know if that's still payable, if it is then it's around another £1 million to be paid.

Rest assured those 2 billion shares will have to be sold within an agreed period of time to settle the debt, it's unlikely that 2 billion shares will be enough at current price so GR will have to issue more shares or pay in cash. A cash payment is most definitely not going to happen.
