The much rumoured ramp of Canmax investment clearly isn't happening and gave Snowking et al the opportunity to sell more ahead of the placing all whilst getting more mug punters spiked into buying what is fast becoming a worthless share.

There are other plenty of other options available to the board before looking at a raise. It's prudent business practice to have shares available to issue if necessary but having spoken with various board members, they dont consider a share issuance as a necessary option. Leverage of the assets would be utilised to raise sufficient capital for any large acquisition and they've more than enough along with the cash in the bank to cover the costs of acquiring an additional 1.3bn in AUM to achieve the 2bn target.

This company isn't an AIM listed miner like PREM that issues shares left right and centre to fund the CEO mistakes. It's a well run company that's employing the right people with the right experience to achieve its goal.

The MMs never hold a large amount of ALGW since, as during the no news periods it isn't the most liquid of stocks. I think the large buy the other day pretty much cleaned them out so any buying pressure from here, even in small numbers, should see them start to move it upwards to try and encourage some sells.

I'd envisage a buyout price of something in the region of £120 million which would equate to a price per share of around 25p assuming no further dilution.

Alhambra, buying isn't continuing in the way you imply. Market has been open for 2 hours and a total of 16.109 million PREM shares have been traded, it might as well be zero traded. Market just isn't interested right now and won't be until the headroom issue is resolved. Shareholders have some very genuine concerns about the future of the company as evidenced by the comments being made in the various telegram groups. Snowking has tried again to placate the followers but they just don't believe him, his insinuations and ridiculous predictions anymore.

Bluepanther, I couldn't agree more, it's most definitely been a very very slow burner but I think we're approaching the final stages of achieving the 2bn AUM and a rerate to a more realistic valuation ahead of a buyout

Yet here you are on a daily basis, one could question your motives, you must have lost 100s of thousands of pounds on your alleged investment.

Luthee the financial diagnosis is readily available in the company accounts and the recent RNS releases where the CEO has told shareholders the company has no money.

Logic therefore dictates that the non shareholder posts are indeed accurate.

New info and data can only be supplied by the company and as yet non exists, unless of course you as a holder of nearly 2.8% of the company have gleaned some new information from GR which you are willing to share?

That some people fail to understand that a person need not hold any shares in a company to have a valid opinion, yet continue in their childish endeavours.

The reality is that not being a PREM shareholder is clearly financially more beneficial than being a PREM shareholder.

The children continue with their playground antics yet offer no valid or constructive arguments to counter the position of those commentaries they do not agree with.

That speaks volumes about those individuals and their knowledge and understanding of the company.

Steward, he did indeed make that point when asking shareholders to support an increase in headroom. Any issuance of such shares would have to be done as an open offer and heavily discounted
