Thank you for the share some interesting info on their. I notice it says £4.5m revenue, that is incorrect, it was £213k 2019. Useful source, had founding date down incorrectly as well.

Loot Dr Sandler discovered Hu-PHEC cells while working at Cornell University in 2012. Hemogenyx was then founded in 2014 as clearly states on their timeline.

For reference, henogenyx has global rights to Dr Sanders Hu-PHEC discovery, which are licenced to them by Cornell University

Thought I'd drop that in, just in case anyone queried if Hemo owned the rights.

Not long as you believe company was founded in 2000. No 2014.

They lost £1.4m last year, £1.5m 2018. Im not sure if you have ever invested in a pre clinical pharmaceutical company before. Is really tough to make money before having a product. There are plenty of £b+ companies with zero revenue.

By the way Hemo made £220k from their mice last year and CDX, Mice and Hu-PHEC developments are being paid by others. Hemo has minimal cash drain and will likely have an influx of funding once they sign deal with Global Company.

I'd rather listen to the words of a chairman was Knighted for investing drug with global sales of $36b over someone who was 14 years out on start date of company.

The main news is the near done deal with unnamed global company for their Bispecific blood conditioning antibodies CDX.

The combination of good progress with CDX, mice and Hu-PHEC (Human Post-natal Hemogenic Endothelial Cells) will add much credibility to Hemos COVID aims. With multiple references to COVID and disease-X in report.

The COVID development cycle needs to be months and not years. If it progresses money will be thrown at it.

They seem to have built a platform that can be leveraged for other immune system conditions.

Other thing to note is that the pharmas are paying for development of CDX, mice and Hu-PHEC.

They raised £600k to fund a new CAR-T program. If they can validate this interval with their mice I would expect the same collaboration strategy where the partner funds development and commercialisation.

This will then free up Hemo team to fund furher allocations for their antibodies and Hu-PHEC platforms to combat immunity and inflammatory conditions

I estimated signing of this deal with undisclosed
Globalcomo values Hemo at £300m. Then we have a possible COVID cherry. Valuation will gap up on successfully passing phase 1 clinical trail

Sounds like deal with global pharma company for their CDX leukemia blood conditioning drug is progressing well. The secret partner is wishing to remain that way for now. This would eliminate need for chemotherapy!!!!

Fantastic annual report. For new members many of the nuggets may pass them by as they mostly relate to historical developments. Hemos primary focus is developing a new safe way to treat types of leukemia. Their platform happens to be adaptable to be able to treat other auto immune conditions, for example COVID. And their humanised mice could enable fast development of COVID antibody treatment and rapid testing of treatments and vaccines.

I'll pull out some of the key information over a number of bite sized posts.

· Placing and Subscription in January 2020 raised approximately £650,000. This is to fund their new drug candidate CAR-T therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia ("AML"), acute lymphoblastic leukaemia ("ALL"), and myelodysplastic syndrome ("MDS"). Which would replace chemotherapy and radiation.

Note that CDX, Hu-PHEC and mice development costs are paid by partnerships. I would expect if CAR-T interval testing proves successful, a development deal will also be agreed with partner to fund

This is henogenyx development plan, identify target drug in house, test on humanised mice and seek collaboration to fund the full development. Great low cost, lean business model.

Have tried to break out the £90m order and forecast next 12 months.

. PHE 6 month order £15.48 - 1.72m kits (deduct 13 days production £1.67m) = £13.81 5.5 months future orders.

£90m - £37.8m - £15.6 - £13.81 = £22.79m order book, in addition to PHE.

£36.6m May order book (2.5m + 1.72m tests = 4.2m)
