Pingu the exclusive licence isn't for the mice, it's for the product they develop using the mice.
Also the royalty free terms are "solely for its own research and product development purposes"

We will receive a royalty from any commercial sales of products that have been developed using Hemos mice.
This is great and shows the value of the mice in product development and so value of Hemos IP.

Hemogenyx will receive 12% royalty from Orgenesis deal:
"Orgenesis shall pay to Immugenyx a royalty of 12% of Orgenesis’ net revenues generated from Immugenyx’ technology"

Run rate of 5m a month, probably more like 4m accounting for weekends :-)

Being optimistic and assuming in UK we become COVID free, how long do you expect UK to carry on with mass testing in hospitals and front line services?

I assume we'll test at volume for one flue season and then scale down and apply sample testing during second flue season.

Detailed article on the Chinese neutralising antibodies and how as well as fight the virus can also provide short term immunity for approximately 10 days. Could be used for health care workers. Sounds promising for Hemos work.

Is the same approach as Hemogenyx, so some validation of strategy. No way to know if our mice.

I too am here for the cancer treatments, COVID will hopefully add lighting fluid to the fire. Pre COVID my 2 year target was £300m and £3b if they commercialise CDX, assuming 5>7 years. I haven't factored Hu-PHEC into my valuation as I'm not sure on timeline. We also have CAR-T but don't know timescales or how to value.
COVID success could give them the cash and resources to accelerate these programs and would have the big boys queuing up for their future developments

Unless you have a small amount I would say its risky to be all in on Hemo, some many good COVID stocks to spread risk. I have 12% in with Hemo but that's a life changing amount if they get close to my expectations. I'm looking to increase to 20%ish once of if my companies pops in June.

Totally agree mrsshoubs I like my CEOs boring and understated. Generally I wouldn't be invested with a Twitter filter CEO, but thankfully we have Sir Feldmann as chair man to add the business acumen that I feel Vlad is lacking in.

Mrsshoubs I've found some guideline prices for mice from Cyagen, these mice date back to 2003 and from a surface inspection don't seem to be as human as Hemos mice.

Cost range from $500 to $1,500 per squeek. Also seems to be project cost of $10k to $20k
Notes:
1. Minimum order quantity: = 10 mice for each model.

I believe you are underestimating the value of the mice, they have previously signed a $250,000 mouse deal. Their mice now last 3 times longer and could be used to q I quickly manufacture COVID-19 antibodies at a time when mice and moneys are in high demand.

Having a health cash balance is a great tactic when going into the office negotiations, they can add value my carrying out internal mice testing and shows they have legs room to run a tough negotiation or go speak to somone else.

Agree with you on timescales, i feel COVID will be rapid, but ALl, AML and Lupus will slow down in neat term, but hopefully Hemo has lots of cash to accelerate development in the mid term. They only have a small staff, can only do so much. Thankfully developed of HU-PHEC is joint with Orgenesis, CDX global pharma and Lupus with J&J. Mice with all.

gggg21 are you working off £5 a test? I am still assuming we are charging £8.70, £33m. That would be over a 1/3 of total revenue in an order :-)

Nice find Laughingravy. May i add the speed of test will also increased due to it being run on a 384 well PCR unit with test normally run on 96 well units.

So we are saving 1/3 on sample analysis, plus throughout 3 times faster. By my calculations combines to give us a x5 faster test in comparison to 96 well run test. I expect the 30k testing capacity that AstraZeneca has installed consists of 384 well PCR units.

Cheap and fast, 12 weeks to breed a mouse. Not sure how long it takes with monkeys, a lot longer.
Sadly I read that a large quantity of lab animals had to be put down when we went into lock down. This will compound demand for Hemos Hero Humanised Mice.

12 weeks to breed, Vlad has been on COVID case since at least Feb, we know Orgenesis has mice ready to go, Hemogenyx likely had a small quantity in February, 12 weeks later gets us to June......
