Golddust the mice take 12 weeks to develop.. Hemo have sourced covid blood samples from nearby New York hospitals. I like you don't know when the mice will be available for covid testing, I am assuming it's more months than weeks.
I suspect orgenesis and the company will provide more details quite soon.

Orgenesis, who signed a commercial death with Hemo in 2018 to develop and sell their HuPHEC cells and mice released market sensitive information late friday early Saturday.

Hemogenyx will have to release an RNS on Monday.

To note :
No mention in Orgenesis presentation about Hu-PHEC leukaemia treatment, but I'll bet my last pound that if they are confident enough to that Hu-PHEC can help in COVID fight they must have developed confidence while trailing and developing Hemogenyx Hu-PHEC and mice for their original intentions.

In Feb orgenesis made the final £500,000 loan to Hemo to support Hu-PHEC and mice developments. Patents were granted in April and come into force next week. All the blocks are in place..

I don't believe j&j are utilising Hemos CDX or Hu-PHEC technology in devising a vaccine.
It seems like reasonable assumption they would want to minimise risk of failure by initially testing on Hemogenyx humanised mice.

It's not going to be slow and steady, but a wild, volatility rise. Much like the last month, when the price drops in conning weeks after making massive gains I will recall all the ground breaking treatments Hemogenyx has in its 5 year pipeline,
recall its prior movements (drop for 15 to 5 meant nothing to me) and will sit back calmly and follow my long term investment strategy.
Traders will bottle it and sell 30%, other 100%. Sadly many new investors will be feared into taking profits, top slicing.... and fail to benefit from the exponential growth potential.

I'm here to see leukemia defeated and hopefully a meaningful contribution to COVID and creation of black box treatment for disease x and other pathogens and auto immune conditions.

Better of educating yourselve reading up on your investment, its function, competition and management team to name a few areas. RNS releases and company reports are useful sources.

M0neyMan thanks for your concern for Hemogenyx investors. Though it is wildly misplaced. I suggest before advising others you learn more of the antibody market you way your interested in. As there are approximately 130 anybody tests in development. Im invested in 3, including omega.

Sadly you have badly shown up your lack of subject knowledge and also haply to advise out of ignorance.

I suggest you start researching the market before you loose money.

Great thing about Hemo is they can have a higher level of confidence for their developments over most due to their humanised mice. Massive derisker for them and current and future collaborators. Roll on fake weekend, come on Monday

Orgenesis reported on the 8th and there is no mention of COVID within their 10-q so must be hot off the press. Where did the presentation appear from?

Judging statement Hemos HuPHEC Advanced peripheral blood Hematopoietic Chimera (“ApbHC”) cells have been validated by Orgenesis, assume for leukaemia but orgenesis can apply method to potentially treat pathogens including COVID.

Mice are getting a run out.

Hopefully an exciting week. Am expecting a bundle of news for my COVID investments and my one remaining dog of investments is modifying a prior treatment for COVID and applying for US grant. Some Hemo grant money, or at least an application at this state would be welcome.

Totally agree. We are primed ;-) for D-PCR announcement. I don't belive market has priced in Direct PCR as hard to forecast impact removal of extraction reagents on production ramp, will they convert existing manufacturing,
will it be cheaper (doubt it). If the 30k lab is DPCR we shall find out some of these answers early next week :-)

Vanv I'm looking at August for initial production from AVCT assuming their affimer tests cuts the mustard, still a decent "if".
Am very happy with Novacyt they are and with D-PCR should be continue to be antigen PCR market leaders. I understand cracking the PCR Antigen test is real tricky.

Slight tweak to your assumptions, Novacyt are running at 4m for May and rising to 8m by June. Is pretty clear we will see further expansion. I see one of avcata's partners are planning 30m a month of their test. I'd like to see Novacyt build to at least 16m in next 6 months and licence out further production as only so much their small team can achieve at speed.

I see no issue with retweeing cornell, some context would be helpful for new investors. Many of us longer holding investors will know the doc has been a little loose on twitter. IMHO now is not time for vague communications when Hemo could be on the verge of breaking out.

I have attached Doc 2 tweets on granting of Hu-PHEC patent on 21 April. I'm caught up. Seems like inappropriate pumping to me. I really don't want an Elon Mus style character running the company. Wish doc would learn some restrain, especially now with so many new and inexperienced voters who are too easily influenced one way or the other.

Dr Sandler discovered Hu-PHEC at Cornell University in 2012. The discovery of the cells which potential can treat blood cancers and auto-immune diseases resulted Hemogenyx forming in 2014.

Am perplexed why company reposted 3 week old news. Wish Dr Sandler toned it down on twitter. That said, his early COVID tweets in feb led me to sell 96% of portfolio, saving 35%. I Kept
my Hemo shares as 3 yr+ hold. Sadly topped up at 13p, still averaging 4p with a good chunk of shares.

For info here is the 2018 Hu-PHEC collaboration agreement Hemo has with Orgenesis.
So far we have not been updated on internal testing of Hu-PHEC. This seems over due, would be great if arrives next week. If it does I'd wish the doc would let the announcements do most of the taking.

He does post many informative posts on his personal account. If you follow his personal account do note he often tweets about non Hemogenyx COVID stuff.
You can woking out which tweets are which by reading up on what the company is developing e.g. COVID Mice, neutralizing antibodies, COVID severity test. Of the 3 i guess we will hear about the mice first.

Say they have capacity for 1m tests a month and ramping up in June /July. Didn't specify Novacyt but mentioned the they have sourced an assay

Ian B they are working on a antibody treatment, a test to determine sever v mild cases (could be a very useful test) and may supply their mice for use in vaccine or treatment trials. A lot of maybes currently. Progress will need to be fast.
My primary focus is on the sales of their mice for COVID testing as this would indicate industry acceptance of their mice model and validate Hemogenyx in vivo mice testing of their existing treatments.

I belive the big news within the annual results is they are close to signing a deal with a global pharmaceutical company for their CDX anti body blood conditioning treatment which if is passes medical testing would remove need for chemotherapy during leukemia treatment. Note that this treatment is pre clinical trail stage. Stage 1 testing will commence once they sign the deal. Testing costs are to be covered by the Global Company.

Their longer term candidate Hu-PHEC if successful will allow Hemogenyx to generate cancer-free hematopoietic stem cells (HSC) from patients, which would eliminate the need for bone marrow transplants and the complications associated with transplants. This is a long term development, in the interim they have a less sophisticated approach using placenta and donors. But the final goal is to extract cells from patients.

I have an expectation to have my holding for 3>5 years and maybe longer depending on progress of Hu-PHEC.

The development costs for CDX, Hu-PHEC and mice are being covered by their collaborators. Plus if they advance their COVID projects their will be plenty of funding available
