May i but in, in respect of COVID I think market is after "a" Hemo progress update. Hemo are a while off commercialising a COVID product (excluding mice which likely have NDA's). They aren't out of pre-clinical stage for their antibody treatment work. Any partner COVID updates e.g. Orgenesis vaccine and hopefully others is atvthe will of partners.

We are also waiting on results of feasibility study of cytokine storm indicators test. Basing on recent experience i estimate commercial test would be 3>5 months away if at all.

News that a treatment or vaccine is progressing to phase 1 will have a material impact on SP imo.
I've no expectations of a test, suspect feasibility update will move price and then we would follow a similar share price to development cycle followed by the test companies, granted with it being a tinny peice of the portfolio. Test is way down on my priority list, along with what toilet roll Vlad uses lol

I too have significant experience leading 9 figure government procurements, working in IT procurement for 13 years. I was a rarity in gov and excellent at my job saving us £30m+ and significantly improving my pruduct through use of basic mean average scoring mechanisms that encouraged price competition, knowing my tec and actually going a **** (amazing how nieve gov commercial resources are).

As to timeliness these things can take an age, I've spent 2 months reviewing tenders and 6 months negotiating fine print within Competitive Dialogue Tender. These things take time, Gov maybe waiting on more data from Mobile trial before ordering a heap of them. Award will happen, its just a matter of scale imo

Bekind, i suggest you research Hemos chairman's Sir (yes sir) Marc Feldmann who in the 90's discovered anti-TNF therapy which he took to commercialisation and sold to J&J for $9b. Anti-TNF is the world's highest grossing drug of all time. Speaks volumes that Sir Marc has chosen not to retire but instead help develop another transformative range of products.
Also worth noting as highlighted on here today, that Marc is a taking majority of renumeration as stock options

Hemo also has a number of pruduct that are with partner companies, imo it's mostly their resort that will progress these products while Hemo work on idendity furher novel treatments

SARS1&2 has a high binding affinity to human cells, so it's not that natural mice have higher antibody levels or T-Cells response, COVID-19 just don't fit.

Q. What differentiates hemo mice from other humanised mice....why do they live longer? Does hemp have much patented IP around this and what's to stop other companies simply copying it.

A. Testing of COVID can't be done on normal mice as the COVID spike protein does not attach to mice. Therfore edited mice are required. I believe mice developed for SARS1 in 2007 which were mothballed when SARS ended are being used. Hemo's mice
say mice have an "near fully functional human immune system" which they say will live for "much longer". I recall mice living for 140 days against bench mark of 40 (I don't know if this is compared v Hemos gen 1 mouse or SARS1 mouse).
I can't find the patent for mice Off RNS's, I thought they had filed. There are hints within the Eli Lilly announcements of patent apps, as they have been working on them jointly maybe this is part of the next process #CDXdeal

Q. How long does it take to humanise a mouse and is the company in any danger from the competition.

A. Have been publicly developing for about 2 years, no idea how long behind the scenes. The mice are drawing "significant industry interest". Hemos mice have a significantly lower probability of the mouse graft to give it a humanised immune system being rejected, this is along with longevity are some of the patent moats in place. The mice have been developed in part with J&J and Eli Lilly so those two already have a vested interest in Hemos mice. I have read China and Russia are looking to develop mice, even if they are able to steal data, would likely be years behind and assume product would be blocked from international sale.
