Hemos mice can also generate near term revenue. To date the company has received around £350k for mice agreements, unheard of for a pre-clinical company to generate revenue. If a pruduct is idendified using the Mice Hemo should receive around a 12% royalty.

As to punpers and dumpers I filter anyone with a track record of shouting about the price one way or another. Am more than happy for people to post dissenting comments as long as backed up, no good being in a feedback bubble. I've had a pop at Hemo enough over the years, mostly in frustration at Vlads tweeting. Still not comfortable with his style, but am more than reassured we have Sir Marc been there and done it Feldmann as chairman to provide his expertise and experience as we progress into clinical and thereafter

There are many companies developing CAR-T cell treatments for various conditions. This is why Hemo's mice are so vital, they can offer a fast and cheap method to trail treatment candidates on mice with humanised immune systems (95% I recall) . Will significantly reduce risk of candidate failing human trails.

To date Hemo haven't had the resources to target a large number of conditions, though have done extremely well creating such a broad portfolio with resources. Going forward it doesn't look like Hemo will have much of an issue funding projects nor finding candidates of the recent Lilly deal where they will Use Hemo mice to screen antibody candidates is an outliner for similar CAR-T deal. We know Orgenesis will pay a 12% royalty on any successful candidates developed using mice. We should expect similar royalty. I assume our mice can be used to idendity treatments and thus generate royalties. Also expect them to be used as per standard mice testing and generate a one off payment.

Balanced66 you do need to add in lab and transportation costs to PCR tests. Mobile units will reduce the later, batch /pool testing and saliva the former. I suspect the Avacta end price will be lower than PCR, but will have lower sensitivity and as such not suitable for some user cases. My thesis has always been LFT and PCR will be complimentary and not adversary, hence I'm backing both but x4 weighted to Nova

Chrishar I understand directors have options in September. Would be silly if they withheld sales data at this stage. Do agree a switch will need to be made, I assume once demand and supply stabilises

Any Novacyt reps reading, I'm sure shareholders would like to be notified of a switch to quarterly reporting via the preceding monthly sales update. But not till we see some big bucks run through the cash register. Would be advisable to provide revenue guidance when reporting switch happens

Do a agree that antigen costs need to fall to fully open airport testing. Batch saliva PCR testing will significantly reduce costs e.g. family of 4 samples tested togther. Obviously Avacta's test has a good chance of being the most suitable solution, but how far off are they from having a test in volume production? I would guess later than November

I've had a pretty large Avacta holding, enough to buy me 4 bed house when/if Avacta release test. IMO avacta investment success is binary, test will eltget hit the required specifity and sensitivity and SP fly or will take a dip and fall back on Therapeutics pipeline. There's not much scope assessing probability of Avacta test working and thus attention elsewhere.

For ref I have tried to be clever and sold up for a week or two as per BAMPs update as suspect LTF is a week or two off. Risky game, I know, survived a week lol. Not my normal investing style, despite name I'm usually about the slowdraw :-)

I have temporarily sold but shall be buying back in by next week.

Am surprised by SP, but more than happy with update, as long as the business opportunities are materialising so will the SP in good time. Same strategy as Hemo. Hemo could fly through testing of 61 antibodies with their mice. I expect they are working on T-cell treatment as well

Having read the email to CocaColaKid I have over egged units sales, as care home trails are being run in sequence. No idea how many units they would buy in this case.

CocaColaKid, they are trailing the impact of daily testing v weekly. Validation of units and tests may have been done separately. 2,000 daily tests and 50 sites indicates to me the solution has been or very close to validation .

50 x £11,800 = £590k unit sales, not bad for a trail. Revenue will be lower as assumed all Q32 units

I would encourage new investors to check out the accomplishments of Hemogenyx's chairman Sir Marc Feldmann who discovered Remicade and Anti-TNF therapy, which since 2012 has been worlds best selling drug class with 2016 sales of $36b.

Sir Feldmann took Remicade to market and sold comoany to J&J for $4.9b in 1999.

While recently picking up his Tang award for Tnf discovery Sir Feldmann stated his "current priority is working with colleagues in Oxford to evaluate whether anti-TNF will be an effective treatment for the hyperinflammation in COVID-19."

Good to have some massive shoes in Oxfords door, as well as Oxford collaboration, there are signs Eli Lilly are using Hemogenyx antibody platform for COVID in addition to Lupus and leukaemia and Orgenesis are using the platform to discover a vaccine.

Hemo have a great range of portfolio pruducts and unique mice with humanised immune systems, which increase confidence rating of animal testing results. Their mice have potential to be transformative on their own.
