On the Vlad tweet a while ago he projected phase one taking 2 years and $34m. While referring only one or two companies break the mold

Agree bogyo, i had originally thought the hemo plan was to do preclinical amd and spin off the big pharma for decent rates..
Now they have the resources to run phase 1's themselves they can significantly inflate values of future large bio partnerships and be in control of timings of phrase 1 trails.

Prior to COVID Hemo issued about 3*RNS's a year, this COVID run has set false expectations of regular updates. They wll happen when they happen. I'd suggest finding the Hemo IPO listing documentation as it give market size for CDX, from recall its about $3b a year and that's just one of our 6 candidate products

My historical understanding was a Belgium regional government was going to offer £4m/€4m grant to fund Hu-PHEC. Of course this doesn't preclude a J&J team up. Our annouced vaccine programme is via orgenesis, i forget where they are will develop and run trails

The know and unknown. COVID update could happen at any moment. I get the feeling the CDX deal will be another week or so but again could take up to 3 weeks. If terms aren't agreed Hemo have 30 days to negotiate terms for the Lilly's developments to CDX which can be offer elsewhere, to no doubt an interest market.

In the context of the Lupus deal and talk of good strategic fit Iike the odds of a larger partnership. With so mucb in their pipeline and achieved with limited, but talented resources a team up seems a no brainer.

Lilly also don't have a foot in the CAR-T world, can imagine they will be looking to catch up with their peers.

Qiagen had q2 earning of $443m.
i estimate Novacyts were about 5 times less at around £70m/$90m.

$11b / 5 = £1.7b / $2.2b

(add on increase from 4m tests a month to 10m, equipment sales and discount COVID sales lasting 18 months to 3 years ??)

Co-Diagnostics are better inductor. Think they are making about 2 to 3m tests a month.

What's your view on long term? Eli Lilly have until end of August to sign CDX deal. I've alsays placed a £3b valuation on a commercialised CDX treatment (Conservitives estimate). That was before Lupus, CAR-T, mice and possibky COVID-19.

The main tbrust of today's Lilly uodate is they are recruiting for moth balled testing projects. Today they annouced Alzheimer's, type 2 diabetes and crohn's disease. Nicely ties in with agreeing deal for Hemos "primary" candidate.

Wilson, worth noting AstraZeneca had been working on a antibody test around March /April. Someone posted a link up a few days ago. Maybe they are working on this with Nova or Nova working on their own :-)

Apologies for the depump, it doesn't look like any of the 3 Eli Lilly COVID-19 antibodies have been provided by Hemogenyx.

That said article states advances have allowed them to select superstar antibodies. We all know what could be uses to identify the best antibodies.

. SARS-1 mice - mothballed since 2007 & initiated in responce to COVID

. Hemogenyx's humanised mice - in development since around 2017/18. In December 2019 Hemo was lining them up to be used to fight virus x and we know they have been successfully uses to test AML, ALL Leukaemia (antibodies and CAR-T) and Lupus. Orgenesis also using for COVID vaccine discovery

What would you use if you were Eli Lilly, SARS-1 mice you've never used or validated, expensive macaques with long delivery time or Hemo's mice that you have validated for Lupus and AML?
