What was the jist of the call, did anything stand out, any micing about?

I apologies for sharing my expectations and hopes. Vlad wtf was that about, madness. Less is definitely more in some cases. I've not had the pleasure of listening to the q&a if that's what is was. Is bonkers with wasn't supplimemted with substantial news given the RNS used to announce. I'll still be holding my shares long term, but can't help share my disappointment in the mismanagement of this apparent non event

They can think what they want, big boys don't know everything. Even the SP Angel analyst on VOX markets didn't know or at leaste mention Mondays q&a and they were Hemo broker from recall.. I fellow my own logic not some charmed number boys who daddy helped get a job on the markets jmo

It's my understanding news won't drop until signatures dry, terms were agreed in principle last week. Do physical contracts have to be signed these days, if so the contracts need to be transported between parties which takes a few days or maybe both boards are meeting to sign togther and have a glass which is how I've always signed deals in my prior commercial roles.

CDX is in the bag as far as I'm concerned, no way Doc make us wait 2 years for Eli Lilly name and early stage lupus development and pie us on CDX. Suspect a CDX deal will take the mcap somewhere between £200m and £500m in a hurry. My end goal based on CDX and some Hu-PHEC sentiment has always been £3b, approx 3 years down the road.

Your comment seems confused though, you speak of a less accurate cheaper test, but all that testing asymptotic is key. A less sensitive test will likely miss those with mild symptoms.

You also misunderstand the role saliva PCR testing can play in mass screening. Coupled with batch testing their is a path for affordable PCR testing. Time will tell how this pie is split, personally I'm very happy one of my pies is on sale and we have many pie factories running.

I do find this cross Avacta debate repetitive, though do appreciate aposing points of view as long as they're backed up. If successful, Avacata will sell to markets such as sports grounds, education and work settings and airlines. I suspect the likely lower sensitivity and specifity will prohibit use of Affimers for clinical testing in hospitals, GP's and care homes.

Mobile PCR ideally using saliva and PCR batch sampling can also service these markets, there's no doubt market share would be lost to Affimers if they prove successful, but we also have an ever expanding market with unmet demand. To me the pie is large enough for both methods. I do consider Avacata as a competitor who do have a long term pipeline of candidate treatments, therfore I'm hedged with half value of Novacyt holding with Avacta. Avacta are in need of getting an update out next week.

CocaColaKid the Genesig unit saliva trails are separate :-) the LAMP trails are run on optigene units. A win win, assuming LAMP and PCR saliva test have usp's

Randox have shown the dangers of poor manufacturing. Our quality assurance seems top notch

Small private company, much harder to raise money on the click of an approval. My belief has been Novacyt are manufacturing the tests. A buy out would make a lot of sense as well, am sure the Optigene owners would be happy to take some stock as well.

Following from my prior post, far too many Novacyt sale people have been Liking the LAMP updates, if they were lab geeks fair enough.
