If he gets it right, this will absolutely rocket as those on the sidelines look to pile in at the start of the journey upwards towards the brokers' 12p prediction. Potentail here to but at less than 2p for the ride of a lifetime over the next twelve months. So Bucky, let's be having it when you're ready.

Totally agree. I've no idea why any genuine investor engages with those who only have negative things to say. I should add also that that the H1 peak flow rate of 821bopd was unstimulated too. The pressure issue is currently being worked on. So Sunsteppe battery development announcemen , H1 work, H2 work, PSC development, deal with PC and Mrpam sign-off, production export permit are all ongoing issues for which we can expect RNS in Q1. Plus there are the possibles which might or might not come off - JV with various potential partners in heron and PCS areas, or even farm-in, possible RBL for field development, institutional and/or govt investment and support. The point is there is enough potential newsflow during these winter months to give the SP momentum. No reason the SP won't really get going during these months. Happy to wait, accumulate cheap and hold. Ignore our resident trolls, they are irrelevant.

Don't forget they haven't abandoned H2. It produced slowly and they are now trying to work out why its enthusiasm to flow doesn't match that of H1 with which it shares similar geology.

Given all that Matd has now has going on, on multiple fronts, I'd be amazed if bigger fish aren't circling looking for a piece of the action now. So much was de-risked with the start up of production at Heron and once Mrpam sign on the dotted line then the company really is up and running as a viable concern. Mrpam have come too far with this now not to sign off the deal with PC but things are clearly still happening in Mongolian time from a business point of view. Don't forget that the compnay was INSTRUCTED to start production. The other thing not mentioned enough is that we are debt-free. We are not being forced to flog the company around cap in hand to attract a bit of investment to keep the lights on. The company is a going concern just with Heron 1 production, especailly as it ramps up towards the upper end of its producing potential. Any borrowing, JV, farm-ins, buyouts in the offing won't be entered into out of desperation. To be fair to Mike Buck that's a decent position to have steered the company into in what is clearly a frustrating place to do business. Nothing is risk-free but with a fair wind this has every chance now. Come on Mrpam, over to you.

Yes, keep up the positivity WOS. Many of us appreciate it and it's good to keep repeating what's in the public domain, including broker reports. Good also to emphasise that the Progressive report states clearly and unequivocally that its valuation uses conservative metrics and doesn't even factor in upside for future exploration and the new PSC's. Every chance we'll see the 12p hit by mid-year here, if not before. I can wait.

Yes, I'm increasingly excited by the Sunsteppe development. Absolutely ties in with the Mongolian Govt's strategic long-term energy plans. Huges sums of money available worldwide for this sort of progressive development. Plus pretty much unlimited potential for both wind and solar given the topography and geography of the country. Vast areas of pretty much empty, windy and sunny plains to build in. Great to see this diversification now. Didn't Buck say there will be an announcement on the battery project in January 2025? Potentially, there's more scope for the company in the renewables line going forward imo. Long-term for sure but just adds to the company's attractiveness now. Can see some institutional money coming in here through this year.

Engaging with the traders, negs and shorters is playig inot their hands. It is literally what they need you to do so they can spread their fud. What they do is basic and obvious but investors continue to repsond to their crude provocations. Aim companies are ripe for this as it is incredibly easy to spread fud at this end of the market as there is much more risk baked in which is the point of Aim after all. All the negs, traders have to do is just say 'yeah but none of it is certain to happen', then people come back at them in response and their job is done - their negativity spreads across the board by investors constantly responding. If things aren't working so well, they then go to the next tactic which is to abuse posters - hence Adw198's disgusting wishing of cancer upon other posters.

No genuine investor is only ever negative in their view of their investment, it's as simple as that. I realised a while back that engaging with the negs is giving them what they need so I binned the lot. I don't see a word they say and just focus on the company. Happy to wait for the RNS's to come. The green box fungi can't do anything about those. If you're a genuine investor, please stop helping the negs and traders spread their rubbish.

Yup, and I'm also intrigued to see what has been going on with Sunsteppe. Great to see Matd diversifying so early in its development. That's the sort of leadership I want to see more of from Buck, get right on the front foot.

Nice solid start to the New year, with nothing priced in at all yet. Nothinbg is nailed on, but it's hard not to see this starting a pretty sharp incline towards a less risible share price. Time for me to add to my existing holding is drawing near. Atb to sensible, honest and genuine investors. We all know the ones who aren't so just keep using thegreen box for the rubbish. Totally agree TT1. It is pointless engaging with such strange people who want ot spend all their time looking for every possible negative outcome. No genuine investor would do that. Looking back over the last week's posting, they have hardly taken a break from the deramping which is a pretty sad indictment of their lives. The green box is the only place for them as you say, as their motives cannot be trusted. Janaury should be a good month imo, so I'm happy to sit and wait to see what happens. No reason to think we won't be getting positive news. Ignore Doc and their pathetic ilk.

Certainly no time to sell, as is evidenced by the lack of sells. Odds are that this will start to climb rapidly as all the news in the pipeline starts to get released. Clearly people waiting and keeping their powder dry, so pretty much static apart from the MM's trying to provoke a few trades. Anyone selling now is taking a massive risk in my view, especially if they are underwater.

The only answer here and generally in the wider world is to make anonymous posting on public forums impossible. The legislation is in place to prosecute people for such behaviour as we saw recently in the tough sentences handed down to those attacking migrant hostels etc. The behaviour one sees on this board is on the same anti-social spectrum as such those attacks - different in degree but similar in kind. Yes, the current share price just doesn't reflect where the company is now. It more reflects that everyone got excited about things getting going before the winter and then got deflated by the gremlins in the works and sold off before what they saw as a long winter static period. However, what's sure is that this winter will be different from previous ones as there should be some newsflow through the next 3-4 months - Sunsteppe, production figures, work on H1 and H2 fixes, Mrpam sign-off, possibly RBL financing in late Q1, further work on Gobi 'teaser' results, PSC applications, and more. Currently in a holding pattern so I would expect an upward trend once news arrives, abetted by the MM's following thier usual seasonal cycle of uplift in the SP after walking it down in the run-up to Xmas. Could be the perfect storm for the winter.
