I remember the last time this was discussed the Pfizer pill will be prescription only like HIV drugs and because it acts on the DNA /RNA it may give rise and put pressure on the virus to mutate (like like antibiotic resistance )

I do understand that sng are a research and drug discovery company and they seem to be doing well with that but they must not forget there should be a balance with attention to communicate more to the business side .Otherwise I feel that institutional investors and private investors may get a bit too twitchy

Glad you found the post useful and you seemed to made a good analysis of the forecasts ,but to be truthful I just focused on the future the potential capacity of interferon producing companies and countries available if scaling up on a global level is required .There appears to be a lot of capacity even unexpectedly countries like Russia mentioned . what I was alluding to Scinv Prof Horby in attempt to find the cheap and cheerful drug was a diversion away from following the science which was known as far back as you know from your research done in China in 2019 on interferons in respiratory disease and years before that in the UK. I could see the potential why couldn't he , a research scientist he could at least offered voiced greater support instead of being churlish but as you said science has never been the issue but it is the reason why I am invested here keeping faith but patience being tested - now that's an issue ! ATB

I think I remember it was mentioned before Christmas in P Bastard et al study on auto antibodies to interferons that there were laboratory tests available to detect them so I am sure this information is on SNG's radar but good to find out if they are using these tests ,another example of precision data gathering
