I wonder if erris gold and scotgold will merge down the line? I’m going to look at erris when they list this year.

It was the link by zenja58 I was concerned about but it’s been removed, i didn’t open it in case it was dodgy. I’ve been invested for nearly 10 years but only been following this board for a few months. Everyone seems genuine with the exception of jim’ll fix it and it’s been informative and humorous. My neighbour is anti vaccine, anti 5g and a list as long as my arm with conspiracy theories , nor does he let his kids go to school because of Wi-fi. I actually have to hide from him!

I think there’s still £3m available from the tranche loan and about £1m in cash reserves but I could be wrong! When I first invested nearly ten years ago it was speculation and I never expected to see the sexy numbers that are being thrown around now so I’m content. The 4 month ramp up will hopefully answer a lot of questions.

Phase 2 was intended to be purely organically funded by Phase 1, and the Company anticipated sufficient cashflow generated by Phase 1 to meet the development requirements of Phase 2 within 2.5 years of first production.

Subsequent to the reporting period, in October 2020 the Company reviewed this timing of Phase 2 and elected to accelerate the development of Phase 2, such that it is now expected to be completed in May 2022 and will be funded by a combination of £2.5M of the new equity raised in October 2020 and funds generated internally over the shortened Phase 1 operating period.
This is within the latest annual report which I’m satisfied with and I only take as meaning sgz aren’t planning on asking us for extra cash anytime soon!
