Thanks Bellers, there’s not many people who would be that considerate. Good luck with your other goldy which I’m assuming is ggp, I’ve started building a small position there as there seems to be a second chance at a fair price. Hopefully won’t be waiting 10 years!

An Aim mining company actually getting into production is a rare thing and despite the frustrations I am rather pleased and even a little smug when I read the despair on other mining boards! With luck the strategic update next year will give us plenty to get our teeth into and maybe even a few extra figures to mull over!

I would have thought if there was genuine takeover talk the sp would creep up not be dribbling away.

£200k profit would tempt me to sell to be fair. That’s enough readies to buy 5000 bottles of Blair atholl or your very own shrimp boat or an awful lot of bubble gum.
I thought Jason had hinted at moving on in the documentary, maybe he’s gone south to Alba to challenge himself!
Solid update, would still like to see a detailed video of the plant in action but very encouraged.

There will still be news and updates, we’re just not shackled to a specific date anymore which I think is a good thing. Regular news or good news though nice for us doesn’t always push the sp up, alba minerals being a prime example!

Green glen minerals sounds a bit like it’s being run by the mr men. The thought of getting involved in another aim miner almost brings me out in a cold sweat! Still, could be worth a punt.......!

Great link rockhead, cracked me up! I’ve jumped ship with Anglesey, I’m longterm with sgz and prepared to give alba a reasonable crack but Anglesey just seemed too inactive.
Be nice if they could post an up to date video of the plant in operation, the bbc documentary was ok but I really wanted to see much more detail of the set up.

Nice to see an after hours uncrossed trade of a whopping £1.86p knocking 6% of the share price.

I’ve just come back from a few days away in Dolgellau , walked up cader idris again which is stunning. Out of curiosity I decided to find the alba office, the windows were full of posters about compassion in farming, sort of made chuckle!

That chunky trade above the 55/60 spread could be significant, we’ve been treading water for weeks. The 20 plus mixed size trades all at the same time happened with alba and Anglesey today too. It’s been suggested it’s to do with the rise in free trading platforms but could just be glitches.
Not getting carried away but it feels a bit more Tony Beets and a bit less Todd Hoffman these days for all you gold rush fans!
What would be great is our very own Norman Hradksy for all you Wilbur Smith fans!
