My stance hasn't change in the last 6 years. I saw the silver lining start to fade around 2018/9. I kept buying and trusting but at some point, the risk out weighs the potential. We've been hearing licence at pre clinical or clinical for 8 years or more, now we are there, people are saying, let's go to p2a. They don't really want that. They just don't want it to end. My post wasn't negative, I was merely pointing out that PI's, if that scenario plays out, are willing to risk more cash when they haven't seen the data when a multi billion dollar company, having seen the data don't want to invest. Either way. The value of the compounds stays the same. It's just a question about who shoulders the risk.

Krusty. Before RF a £1 billion valuation would have been £14 a share. Even a smallish raise would add 40 million shares into the pot. So a £1billion valuation suddenly is worth less than £7 a share. Yesyih can offset the percentage of the company but buying into the raise but why do that, when a big pharma won't?

Everyone knows I have strong views on this. Existing sareum shareholders should just as wary as the big pharmas when investing into early stage compounds. If we can't do an on licence deal on p1a data, you have to ask why not? Why as a private retail investor would you risk your money when a big multi billion dollar pharmaceutical, who actually see the data don't invest? It's about risk and for me, IMO, the shareholders have carried all the risk. Some here for over a decade. I ask anyone here who think we should fund 2a, why do you think you know better than a multi billion dollar pharma who get to see the data? It makes no difference what I think though and I suspect Tim standing aside is in part, because of disagreements in the company business model and strategy with the rest of the board. Because sareum, lack funds, any TO will be low ball. Even with good data. Better to on licence, develop other compounds and achieve milestones and commercialisation.

I think the moves are a mixture of lifestyle and regulatory choices. It's right the Tim makes way for a deal maker but he also deserves to be there when the fat lady's starts to sing. I'll but him a pint when all this is over. That's, high praise from a working class bloke from Sheffield.

There are 4 preclinical deals on that list. No toxicity or safety data for those deals. Deals can and are done at all stages. And a few on that list will never get to market. It's the buzz and potential that generates the deal. Pharma plugging holes in the pipeline., its more about keeping a healthy pipeline and happy shareholders than it is about getting drugs to markets. The big phamas don't need many blockbusters in the market. Not doing sareum compounds down but they are in a crowded market so a bit less buzz around them until data that shows competitive or better dosing, efficacy etc..

We are at the mercy of Mm's until funding of phase 2 is, sorted and we will probably see the 20's again, maybe even this week. A weeks ago, i felt pretty confident that a deal was in the making and that still might be true but Edison report is very flat, the language used makes me think that deal isn't a is a done thing and the board are hedging their bets re funding.

I appreciate that the full unblinded data is needed for a signature but the board could have been a little bit more excited about what is a massive hurdle we just cleared.

£5 is low ball for the potential. Would you sell for £5 if we got there though news alone? I want the company to follow the business model and see where that takes us.

The threat of a raise and more dillution of the shares is the number one reason why the SP isn't going up. Why on earth would anyone buy until we have clarity on funding?

If the compound is good enough, there shouldnt be any reason why we wouldn't get a deal. The cash runway is ok to get us to the unblinded data. If no deal can be done after that, Why would you throw more money at it? This is the reality of where we are. The unblinded data needs to be better than the competition and we'll get a deal

I dont mind being proved wrong, Laz. It's OK to be wrong. It's how you learn and grow. I will keep my shares thank you. All I ask is the board keep up their end of the bargain and that is to licence at the pre clinical or clinical stage. If they don't for any other reason than bad data, we've been sold a lie.

The potential is huge here but the chances of getting there are slim. The science looks to be good but its worth nothing to us, if the company no longer exists. I think some long termers have been here that long, they just want to keep the dream alive.

Lookat VAL, I'm or any number of other small cap bio's. Look at the message boards, the post will be split between the dreamers and the so called bashers/traders/womble. If you did look, you would see that the negative posters are more accurate in their predictions than the cheer leaders.

I havent sold any shares for years. Oct 5th 2022 to be exact. The "you are trading" trope is just parroting what others say and it's lazy. I'd be more impressed if you could forecast what you think will happen in Q3.

Jima. We do need more meat on the bone. But to address the HNWI point. If we sold off an extra 15 millions shares that would only raise 3.9 million at todays sp. Yes, probably enough to go 2a trial but even if the trial starts in 2024,wed be unlikely to see any data until the end of 2025. How do we run the company in the he's time? How to we progress 1802? 15 million shares means yours, mine and everyone else's total value drops by 10%. And we still aren't out of the woods. They need to on licence, then use the upfront to pay for the development of 1802. The cheerleaders like to troll us how good 1801 is, let science do the talking blah blah. Well, it 1801 is half as good as they say, there shouldn't be any reason to not get a deal. If 1801 is good, do a deal, if not good, fail faster.
