My predictions for the Market cap in 2 to 4 years are just that, predictions, purely based on having 2 compounds ready for phase 3.

Laz, i'm not outraged at the bod. I'm just not going to buy any more shares until I know more. Some posters here have been posting deal sizes for other pharma for weeks now. They have gone a bit quiet now! Incidentally, you said I never provided evidence. Those deals are evidence that other phamas are able to do deals worth hundreds of millions. All I want is for the board to stick to the business model and licence the compounds at the pre-clinical or clinical stage. You know, do what it says on the website! Why is that unreasonable? I think a deal is probably being worked on but it isn't as near as I thought because the full unblinded data will be needed and the time needed to review for both parties, might take us into the red zone of the cash runway where options become limited. My two thoughts are, if 1801 is good, why wouldn't they be able to do a deal equal to some of the deals that have been posted? and my last thought is, I think the board have become reliant on shareholder handouts to save them.

Companies float on AIM to raise cash. I've no issue with that, we all know the rules. However, The phrase non-dilutive funding suggested the board could make a deal and it gave confidence to new investors that the SP will at the very least hold its value but now, that is uncertain. So why buy now? Less risk in keeping your powder dry. I'll hold but I won't buy any more and I'll save the cash for the equity raise\dilution when\if it comes.

The Non-dilutive funding phrase has been dropped. Again, why would you buy at 40p when you might be able to buy in a 20p raise by Sept? This report, instead of steadying shareholders, will kill the upward momentum and possibly stop new investors buying in.

Rebster, Why wouldn't you change your mind with new information? Sareum writes these Edison reports. Those words are Sareum's words. Why aren't they using the term Non-dilutive funding anymore? The cash runway is short, possibly not much further than Q3. So, if no funding is deal is done in the next 12 weeks, they will need to come back to the shareholders with cap in hand. Why on earth would you buy now when you might be able to buy much cheaper in the coming months?

Well, that Edison Report has just put a stop to me buying any more shares until funding is sorted. I suspect it will put others who are thinking of buying in off too. Gone is the phrase non-dilutive funding with a possible equity raise on the cards. This suggests that counter to my comment this morning that a deal isn't as near as I thought. The board have to prove they can get a deal, it is the red line for me.

IMO, With Tim going to Boston last month, the licence deal is already in the making. They will need to see unblinded data before the deal is signed though. There was no indication yesterday of when that will be. I also have a feeling that 737 figures in this somewhere too. so again, IMHO, I believe SAR will secure funding just in time. No way to run a business but as I've said before, we have the best board we can afford.

Lol, Cobalt. Not expecting it. Other than the HNWI buying. The SP always ends up where it was after a few days. Even the licence for 737 ended back at 0.7p within a few weeks. Take away the anxiety of placings and punters will be happy to buy and hold here.

Why does everything have to be a conspiracy? The first research i do on any AIM company is look when the last placing was,look at the cash runway etc.. I been burnt a few times, buying on news then the company announcing a placing at less than you purchased.

I thought we could see a spike to 70p but to get there, we'd need new buyers to think there is a clear runway to a pound or more. Without clarity on funding for 2a, we are left with uncertainty. I think we'll get a Hybridian report soon that will reiterate the plan. Create data package, secure no dilutive funding and start p2a trials before end of 2024. IMO, you won't see many buyers until the threat of a placing is reduced. They don't have to rule if out completely, just state it isnt the primary funding goal.

A lot of AIM investors have been hit hard after the high of the pandemic. Lots of broken promises and an element of realisation creeping in. Sareum are not immune to this, especially with the RF funding debacle. It's going to take a lot to bring confidence back into the market. I think Sareum need to reiterate that non-dilutive funding is the primary plan. The last thing any investor wants is to buy in and then get an RNS of a placing. Maybe we'll get a response to the latest RNS from Hybridian? Probably being drafted as I type.

The devil will be in the detail as SOG says. What will the unblinded data show us? The differences between placebo and those given it, PK data etc. Could be an interesting summer. The question is how can board can generate interest without breaking AIM rules.

Yes, Billy, the RNS is exactly what thought it would be. Nothing much they can say about it. Although a massive step on the right direction. A slow start in the market. I thought a 70p spike might happen and still could but the way I see it, the funding questions needs answering before the herd will really pile in. Hopefully, that won't be far off. Before end of Sept, if they want to start p2a before end of the year. I think sooner than that BTW.

What is contradictory? I still believe the company value COULD be 2 billion with data that suggests a p3 trial. Will we get there? I don't know. I have serious doubts that our current board can get us there. It is possible to have multiple view and scenarios.
