I will keep buying while under a pound so I guess, I may sell over a pound. Who knows. I keep a running tally of every trade I make on a very simple spreadsheet. It is just for total spend and total return (sold). For Sareum, I have just under 80k shares and have spent £22300 in total. However, I have taken £24657 out. My main strategy is to keep the second number larger than the first. I will add that my sells\profit are far lower than some here but I get all the flak because I'm honest about it.

Yep, buying is the 1st step of a trade, the second is when you sell. Seen as I have been sussed, i'll come clean, I've done 56 transactions since June 2020. 48 buys and 8 sells. My last sell was Oct 5th 2022 and it was 1213 shares at £2.36.

All I want is for the board to be held up to more scrutiny and deliver what they say they will.

Not trading, Bobbler, only buying. Not bothered about delays but am bothered that the SAR board do keep tripping over the same rock despite what they say. All they need to do is word the RNS's better.

SOG, it makes me chuckle the amount time you must put into writing posts in response to other, especially me, as I don't even read them. I have dozens of better things to do. Have a nice evening folks. Am now going to fill a skip with builders rubble, beer in fridge for after.

SOG, do you really believe we can't get bad news from the trial. Bad doesn't mean failure. It could just mean dosing levels aren't what they predicted or side effects kick on early. Even an acknowledgement of delay would be bad for the SP. If it was nailed on, the SP would already be higher. It's doesn't matter about the wording of the RNS, the market is obviously expecting news in H1. And Friday, in recent years, Sareum have release bad news on a Friday at least twice. Loads of companies do it to protect from sharp falls in SP. If we do get a delay RNS, it will be tomorrow afternoon.

The biggest selling risk is getting an out of hours buyout RNS or even a share suspension. Unlikely as it is it could happen but with most other scenarios, buyers will have a chance to buy on the way up but not holding protects from a Friday bad news RNS. Horse for courses. I remember watching the carnage on IMM a couple of years back. They got a did not meet primary endpoint RNS in a P3. Sometimes, it is worth being careful with your profits.

Got the popcorn ready for the comments over the next couple of days. :-) Both sides are correct. The RNS does say expected Q2. But as Lesar states. The investors dont need to see the reviewed data. We just need to know if it's good, bad or indifferent. If no RNS today, tomorrow afternoon will be tense. Ha ha.

I know you jest, Trader but with Sareum some in the market do expect that then when the news stops and it isn't that, the SP fails to move. It's happened loads of times. The original licence for 737 to Pronai doubled the SP overnight but then the reality of the timescales sank in and we ended up back where we were in months. IMO, the licence deal, if we get one will rerate the SP. The p1a results although good are just another regulatory hoop we've jumped through on the way to the licence deal being signed. I also still think there is a slim chance of a buyout but that will dissappear once 1801 is licenced. There are some big holders here. Some will make £1 million profit at around 50p so there could well be a good amount of selling on news too. I'm not saying that's bad by the way. I woukd do the same if I held those amounts. as has been said, it could get very interesting here over the next few weeks.

Interested to know what other are thinking will be in an RNS? Personally, I'm expecting, a confirmation that the trial is complete and the data is being reviewed. Once reviewed they will share will potentiall partners. That sort of thing. Big milestone reached but not massive news that will rerate the SP. Maybe a 70 or 80p spike? Then we wait licensing news in Q3 with 2a to (hopefully) start in Q3. I hope I am way off though.

There was a study done a few years ago. The were look at when walkers, runners would drink out of streams when our doors. There was a divide between north and south. The south would only drink from streams if they were told they could, the north would drink unless they were told they shouldn't. Other than pointing out the differences in the way people think, I'm not sure what else that tells us.

I have no issues regarding delays. My trigger is the cheerleaders have been happy to use Q2 as a target for months but now the deadline is here, they start saying, ah well, you all read it wrong, it's just expected and it could be Q3. It's more about saving face than the reality of bio investing.

Is there any evidence that PH brokered the RF facility? Or are they a useful scapegoat?

For me, the board have yet to prove themselves. The trial move to Oz was out of necessity and there shouldn't be any glory in that. The RF facility was out of desperation and there shouldn't be any glory from saving the company almost going under. We could go on. MHRA, Aurora, 737. So much potential that never quite gets there. I'm behind the board as I'm happy to hold shares but I will not heap praises on them while they lurch from one promise to the next. Get a deal for 1801 and I will thank them.

Technically you are only an investor if you buy shares in a placing or the wrap earlier this year. Any other buys, even if you hold for a long time is a trade. Your trade don't do anything for company. You can only utter the phrase, I pay the boards wages if you buy in a placing. Doesn't stop lots of posters saying it though.

Slam, I've been here for more than 10 year. I trade and hold. I've sold our completely twice. One time I bought back in within days. Even with recent buying im still just about on a free ride for 80k shares. I'm in my longest buy/hold period I ever done right now. I will keep buying until a pound.

Hi Krusty, I have always wanted SAR to go for P2 on their own but the only option for funding would mean dillution for existing shareholders and personally I'm throwing any more large sums at this. I am still buying but it's only disposable income each month. I really do think the board need to step up and prove they can negotiate a deal for 1801. The business model is and has always been to licence at pre or early clinical stages. Thats where we are right now. Any pharma will know the cash runway is getting shorter so I don't think we are in a great negotiating position so upfront might be where we have to compromise. However, if 1801 is with a n other pharma then even a modest upfront of say £5 to £10 million will be enough to get 1802 ready for trials. That would, for me be an amazing deal. The biggie has always been 1802.
