Damon. These figures are why I think some here have there figures skewed. Regardless of how it is funded, If we start p2a eg we get approval etc, then the 500 to 800 million dollars quoted, should be the low ball offer, and we have 2 compounds. If it were buy one get one half price we shouldn't be settling for any less than 750 million dollars or 560 million pounds. If you add 737 Into this then £7 per share still sounds cheap. We just need to start p2a and hope it progresses well.

Notice of the year end results are officially the next expected bit of news. They could and have done before, release an RNS that notifies of a delay to the results. I think the rule is no more than 6 months after year end? Maybe someone else can answer that. If no delay. They will need to issue a forward looking statement. The board will be well aware that this needs up be positive. If not, down we go. I'm confident of a good outcome here but not ruling out a delay at this late stage.

I think it that social media thing where people just click like as they are scrolling through posts. Not sure how many of you use strava but I get likes on stuff where I've accidentally set off my watch. I, on the other hand only like like, if I have spread the post and like it.

"Good as we could wish for" is just board speak for it went to plan, no serious adverse reactions. No one had seen the blinded data at that point, not even those that ran the trial or even the 'patients'. People really need to stop getting so hung up on throwaway phrases like this or 'the world will know' or 'form a queue'. It's just over confident fluff. I'm not being negative and I do believe we will get good news on the data but if your expectations are blockbuster TO and we only get a small cash injection, how do you think you will feel? The best case for the data is not toxic with very few reactions and the immune system responds positively. That would be excellent news. But nothing to set the world on fire, Still a very long way to go.

Where have I been negative? I still believe we we get a licence and yes, if we get that far, we should get a valuation of 2 billion with good data from phase 2 that suggests phase 3. 2026/27

This isn't negative, it's a reality. If we don't get a license and decide to raise or any other form of dillution. It will be a sh*t show. It'll be at least a year before we get anything from 2a, possibly even 2026. Let's just wait and see what happens.

Not sold any for a long time, Laz. Not bought any since non dillutative funding was dropped from Edison report abd replaced with equity raise. That stopped any upward movement in its tracks. Also, not extolling the virtues of Surfie, just saying at least his message is consistent. All of the rampers go quiet when we near a news drop. Not sure why but I do find it interesting all the same.

The real red flag, if no deal is, why? If the compounds are as good as people here say and the board keep hinting at. Why wouldn't they be able to broker even a modest deal? One that secures phase 2 trials and keeps the lights on for a couple of years.

I honestly believe that if the threat of a raise is lifted. The share price will only go one way. When I say raise, I mean any sort of finance that adds more shares into the pot. Wrap, HNWI or even a death spiral agreement. The way that Sareum always take this to the latest possible point is worrying but I am optimistic this time. Still prepared for the rug being pulled from us again though.

She sent me a screenshot, matty. Nothing special. There was 15 to 20 funds. S&p 500, emerging markets etc. She also has an isa that pays 5% on cash in the isa. So even if not invested, it's still earning. 2023 was a really good year for the s&p 500. 23% return I think. It soon adds up when you have more than half a mil in there. She lives on £2k a month but paid quarterly. So she could get by with just a 4% return and still not touch the pot.

Agreed, Krone. Although notice of final results usually comes in the first week of Oct and with that a mini update. They can't say nothing re the data and anything but a positive spin will hammer the share price. It's crunch time however they look at it. Experience tells us, it will be jam tomorrow but let's hope they can buck that trend, this time.

Oracle, it's the "we expect" bit. It gives them wiggle room. I'm not expecting fireworks, just the trial was successful with comparison to the competition and we are excited to progress into p2a. If it comes with favourable funding news, the SP will rise accordingly.

No TR1 issued and that would take 3 million shares. It's would take a concerted effort to aquire enough shares to control the company. We'd know.
