I don't doubt anything you have posted today SOG, sorry if that sounds patronising, it isn't meant to be. But we all knew a out black box warnings, the board knew, Tim and John know. So if we have to prove otherwise, why wasn't it done in early tox studies. I honestly think something has been spotted in the unblinded data and we need to show no issues. It could possibly all go back to the same reason that MHRA didn't approve. We might never know but the fact they released all news together in one RNS say they want to keep a lid on it until further data is available. The binary win/lose scenario that should've come on P2 data readout has now shifted to this extended to study. It's good news in a way. I'm all for win or fail fast outcomes.

I know mate, I'm 55 this year, back in 2018/9 I thought I'd have cashed out by now. Mainly because the company kept telling us trials were coming. The only good news with today's RNS is full buyout could still happen now we have external funding. Nothing until next summer though. IMO. Hopefully, 737 news will come soon. Hopefully, that doesn't get handed back again.

That's a long post Megs. 11 million shares @20p are submitted to market next Wednesday. I have never known any stock that raised at a discount keep it's value. I always settles around the raise price until all share have been hoovered up add to that that the sar sp drops between news mean we might see a sub 20p share price until we get something positive. I'm happy you hold so many shares, I think they could make you rich one day. I'm even happier that sold some at a profit. I did too and also on a free ride. The only thing we dont agree on is today's RNS is good news. It's not, I'm happy and chilled with my holding but getting less chilled about it with every delay that crops up. I'm also disappointed that we have taken a little step back with loads of unanswered questions.

Not going bust isn't a relevant reason IMO. In thought we might get a low upfront licence and I feel a bit silly for going against what experience has taught me but the buyout crew here are looking foolish.

Sog. I still believe in billion valuations if we get to end of P2 with good data. The pivot back to animal studies suggests something has been flagged up, yes? I think data has been shared and something was flagged up. So now we have to prove it. Could be bad trial design or could be something that wasn't anticipated. It doesnt really matter. The result is a further 90 day study before we can submit an application for P2 trials. Even if the study started today. That's mid Jan 25 before an update on 1801. The AGM will be fun.

Yes, the dillution isn't great but the delay. I think we'll be lucky to start P2 by the end of Q2 25 which will mean resultsid to late 26. If we start P2 alone, all prospective partners will wait for results. The can has been kicked down the road by quite a way.

I think the board have been disingenuous. How could p2a have kicked off in q4 24 if they knew a 90 day toxicolgy study was needed?

Meg, are you really sure your 65k shares you bought the other day will stay in profit? 11 million 20p shares will enter the market next week. If no extra news before now and then. The sp will settle there. And to other's, I do find it funny how one were wanting a buyout run but are 'happy' with another raise. It's OK to be disappointed. Nothing you post on here, good or bad will change market mechanics.

Laz, we've gone from P2a will dose q4 24 to this cash will enable P2 readyness. No mention of where the cash will come from to run p2. I will but more but only to cover the dillution. My gut is screaming no though. Something isn't right. If toxicolgy data is good, why does it need strengthening. One good thing about this is, the cheerleaders get to be wrong again and Funny, Surfie get to be correct. It's laughable.

Aaaand, there we go. More dillution and and a sub 20p sp. The appogists will have you believe this is good news. And for those saying why werent we offered some share, you will be able to buy them in about 15 minutes. It's not the end of the world but it is tedious. This jam better taste good when in comes.

Ah, PC. Funny and Surfie feelings, not yours. There is a small group on here, probably in a WhatsApp group where they like to think they are intellectually superior to the rest of us. They try to discredit and silence the frustration of some here. I have empathy for anyone underwater here. Aber, I'm still optimistic for a deal. However, I remember posting on this board that they should raise when the SP was over a pound. They didn't, they waited and waited, then when no other options, chose Riverfort then the WRAP at 10p. A raise wouldn't be the end if the world but it would signal either the board aren't any good at negotiating desks or the compounds aren't all they are cracked up to be. I know which scenario Id rather be the case.

Like I said, I'm chilled. I think we have another couple of weeks before things will get really tense.

It looks like we've reached the pride comes before a fall stage. Where the positive are desperatly trying to discredit the negative and in the 10 + years I've held here. The cheerleaders here, haven't been right yet. Not once! Just let the likes of Surfie or funny have their opinion. It's not like anyone is buying or selling. SOG asked yesterday if anyone thought dilutive funding was still an option. IMO, the fact that the board are still signing up to conferences where investors attend says yes, it is still an option. Probably a big chance of it too.
