Had multi baggers before but in cash terms. I was nearly at a 6 figure profit 25 minutes ago and and wasn't tempted to cash in. Gonna treat the family and sit back and wait for the big one.

I used to have premium here. One of the reasons I cancelled was the reliability. For £240 pa, Id want issues at all in trading times. I trade a lot less now so I'm happy with Google for my live ish prices.

Nobody here thinks the sp will be 28p in the immediate future but it certainly has the potential to get there in 2021. Just look at the milestones in other deals. Anything from 300 million to 1.5 billion for TYK2 and we have 2 of them! Add a potential 70 million in milestones for SRA737 and who knows what for Aurora? If all went well, the mc could be in the billions within 2 years and that's not even counting the royalties. Of course, there is a risk that 1,2 3 or all 4 compounds fail a p3 but what if they don't? Whether you talk in SP or MC, the potential value of this COULD be in the billions in the coming years.

Jimtom. I've 3 million shares here and I'm not a big holder. I've been here 10 years. More or less (not counting earlier this year) in profits or at least break even for all that time. Yes, it's a big risk but a Conservative estimate, if all goes well is 10p a share. That's why most long term holders are willing to risk it for the big one. We have 2 tyk2 compounds that could bring on 800 million each in milestones alone. This sar board isn't your average AIM board. We know the risks and we know to potential rewards.

IMO, the new patent filing will be for a Covid related compound. An even more selective TKY2 that targets the key cytokines mentioned below in Fadec's post. That's why it is so secretive. All will become clear once we are clear of preclinical and POC.

fearg, you know what. With AIM, sentiment could push the SP past 10p whiles we are still in P1. Then what? I think we might get some early warning that we are in negotiations if the SP starts rising. If we get speeding tickets issued, IMO it will be because we are near or past the value of a currently being worked deal.

After all this time. I'm not actually sure what the valuation is. I'm inclined to go with RMM's low valuation but that's because he showed his working out. I've always thought if we 3 compounds (no Aurora) nearing the end of P3 and we could be worth 1.6 billion that would be 200 mil for SRA737 and 800 mils for each TYK2. To get there would be a long wait and would carry a fair amount of risk and some big balls to stay invested. Aurora could push this to 2 billion so what would be a fair value to take this off our hands? What does Covid change? a lot, at the very least, it fast tracks the compound into trials but it's a double-edged sword because if the is a tox issue in P1 that also translates into all other indications. So with risk in mind. I'd be happy with 10p and above but preferably 20p and above but i'd take 10p with a small royalty built-in.

SOG - sounds like you have all the right skills. What do you do? I'm in IT and used to work contracts. Good money but a pain in the ass when looking for new contacts. I was LTD but through an umbrella company so it was an easy switch. Been a permie for 3.5 years now. Less money but it has allowed me to fly under the radar through this pandemic. 10p here would probably see me leave the rat race and take short contracts to keep me in beer. Also. a year in the highlands sounds ace.

I think most here only look at the SP when they should be looking at the MC. The company is valued at £40 million and everything is priced in. Cash amounts have very little to do with the market cap which is why we have been languishing under a penny for all these years. It's all about risk, reward and sentiment on AIM. As thoth says. A compound with low toxicity and efficacy in clinics could well be a billion-pound asset.

My guess for the sweepstake is £90k . I think Tim said in the presentation that the application was just for preclinical work but more funds were available to take further if needed. TBH I don't think we will need further funds if pre-clinical goes ok. It will be licenced at that point. As others have said, it isn't the size, its who it is attached to that matters (oo, er). We'll definitely be pushing 2p on the news and maybe with AIM the way it is, go on to 3p. I'm with other here in that 5p could be reached by the end of the year.

On the 737 milestones. Can Sierra release news of milestones between 10Q notifications or do we have to wait for the next 10Q to see if provisions have been made to pay the 20 million? If so, when is the next 10Q due?
