As the subject says. it is the usual scenario. Usual AIM strategy of punters buying into a rise and selling out to protect any gains or mitigate further losses. This strategy might work on the main markets but here. The grant news will come this week IMO. Then it's onwards and upwards. News on SRA737 will likely be next. Followed by licences for 1801, 1802 and update on Aurora by the end of the year and into Q1 2021. No bad news anticipated, none. We are literally just waiting to see how big the deals will be.

I think it is highly unlikely that the grant will be turned down. IMO it won't be a huge amount and as Searle states, SAR will have to stump up some of the funding. So we don't want it to be huge either. It will be enough to do the pre clinical work for Covid. If we sail through that, there wont be a problem finding the funds to progress into P1 and P2. The sp was at 1.5p the other day. I don't see any reason why it shouldn't still be there.

The only one with a loose date it the grant award RNS. 10 working days of Oct left. So not long at all. FWIW, this is still a medium to long term hold for me and by Feb 2021, we should know al the answers.

The granting of a patent for 1802 came out of nowhere for most here. I know I was expecting 1801 to be the first, it is further down the road, as it were. Maybe we all misunderstood it, maybe not but what if the patent for 1802 was rushed through so it can be used for Covid? I like Stoney's idea that we will get an RNS for the grant tomorrow, that would make perfect sense to A. add shareholder value and B. strengthen our negotiating position. I'm working tomorrow but will try and listen at least. The SP might go through 1.6p today in anticipation of good news tomorrow.

20p would really cheap if TYK2 got to market in any indication.. So 20p with a share of royalties built in just in case. The share divi vehicle does exist in other companies when there us a buy out. You might need the equivalent of 100 sar shares to get the divi on one Gilead share for example. Or they could do a share swap type thing.

Honestly, being a long term holder and knowing how SAR operate and communicate and how the SP reacts to news. I am really pleased how the SP held up today. Basser, absolutely. The grant award is just the catalyst. I've always said, at the very least the Covid angle fast tracks the compound into human trials.

I think John and Tim will do pre-clinical work but then we will partner up with an org to get into clinics. The price to licence goes up with each milestone reached. Once tox studies are done (we know it has a good safety profile anyway) and other regulatory requirements are finalised. I think we will get a licence. If any efficacy is shown in covid the price goes up to the hundreds of millions. The big pharma's won't wait until that point. As RMM said in a valuation exercise he did. Gilead and other pharma's could easily pay 600 million and write it off with an accounting fudge. Bidding starts at 16p.

I think it has held up quite well. It was inevitable there would be a retrace after yesterday's rise. Today's news was never going to send it upwards on its own. Can't see grant news coming this week, not until after the presentation but I do think we will get it next week. It might bounce around a bit until then. We might see 2p upon grant approval. Good baseline for lift off when the licence deals come.

You can't be serious, Andy. We are talking about a government who implemented a 'world beating' track and trace system that used Excel to import data. For this government, Nano tech and chipping citizens would probably be carrying someone's nan on your back while she tells everyone who you are and where you've been. Morning - there have been comparable deals that could easily value the company at 800 MILLION. Tim Mitchell even pointed towards them in presentations. We still have 4 compounds in play. Only takes one of them to stick. If all 4 are good and/or Covid plays out. Who knows. Have a search RMM's post on his valuations. Clear, balanced and researched.

The thing about FOMO and SAR is the deals we are expecting in the next 3 months could be big and a buyout would probably result in a share suspension. Easy for us LTH to hold but newcomers, not so easy to time your buy in.
