I agree we should be notified about the confirmation letter. I SAR have had the confirmation, why haven't they told us? If they haven't had the confirmation letter, why not. What is taking so long? Like I said. Be careful what you wish for. The market may not like the answer. Personally, I want Tim and John to gang bust the other preclinical work so they can announce it by the end of this year, preferably before the AGM. Covid really does become a side play at that point. The report released yesterday does a good job at pointing out the risks Sareum face and clearly, we are still on a knife-edge until we get news from our actual porfolio.

We know what the plan is. Finish Preclinical work and possibly POC. 6 month timeline. I agree about the grant confirmation though. Be careful what you wish for. 100's of millions of people could be vaccinated by this time we finish pre-clinical. Still seems a lot here are here because of Covid play and that support will melt away as Covid goes on the back burner. I'm not here for Covid play. There is more long term value in Cancer and Immunutherapey.

The report seems a lot more professional than in previous years. There is a lot to get through so will have another look later. I see they are highlighting the risk of competition too.

It isn't that II's haven't heard about SAR. it's because there are rules around buying AIM stock for funds\pensions etc.. We, as are most AIM companies are a high-risk investment.

Years ago, I was invested in a company, whose name escapes me. Anyway. I woke one morning to an RNS that they were being acquired by an American equity company. The shares were immediately suspended pending a shareholder vote. I was sent an email to notify me of an outstanding action. I logged into my account, went to corporate action, read the document and in my case ticked the box to agree. It was all very simple. The scariest part was my share holding was showing zero value, 100% loss until the deal went through. Think it was a tense 3 weeks before the cash appeared in my account. I think this registering to vote is purely to vote for the AGM actions. Just because we can't be in the room.

I'm confused at this whole thread. :-) Just pleased that we have posters who try to simplify this for the rest of us. The Sareum website clearly states 1801 is autoimmune and 1802 is cancer but on the 1802 bit it does show immunotherapy too.

I don't know but IMO Sierra will want to shout about starting up SRA737 again and an online conference isn't the place to do that if there is any price-sensitive element such as milestones to pay.

I'm not saying the preclinical work and POC isn't valid, it is and any data that adds to TYK2 indications is good but Tim and John's main focus should be licensing 1801 and 1802. Although the vaccine won't be mandatory. I'd bet all my shares here that you will need to be vaccinated to travel. It'll just be like having a yellow fever jab to go to Africa. A bit of anti-vax rubbish won't stop Brits going to Benidorm for their two-week bender. I'd take a vaccine tomorrow if it meant I could get back to running in the Welsh and Lakeland mountains with my mates then rehydrating with beer and whiskey.

Absolutely, Baserite. We could be awash with vaccines in a years time and if it is anything like 90% effective, the market size for treatments will be relatively small and the focus of development will switch back to the diseases that kill far more than Covid does. Sareum is in that sweet spot. The next 6 months to a year are going to be pivotal.

Sorry, wrote it as I thought it. :-). IMO. The next RNS will be regarding 737 and how Sierra plan to move forward with the compound. They could mention 737 in tomorrows presentation but without and RNS I think it is unlikely though. So we wait.

Sierra presents at the Jefferies Virtual London Healthcare Conference tomorrow. Think some here, including me, thought they would release something about SRA737 to coincide with this presentation. Not sure they will even mention SAR737 if the news hasn't been delivered to market first. We'll have to wait and see and I suspect that is why it is quiet here.

I honestly think it's deliberate. I can understand why though. The company has only survived because of PI investment.
If, we the PI's had too much information, we might not be as free with our money as we are. Any valuations for a buyout will take into account the lifespan of the patent. If TYK takes another 4 years to get to market (and that would be very quick) then that would only leave another 9 years before the drug goes generic. Our buyout valuation would take that into account. I think I would rather let the market decide when I sell up. The AIM market generally overvalues stock.

Patents and transparency around patents have always been my bugbear when investing in anything that someone has 'invented'. Not just with SAR. Loads of companies are rubbish when it comes to updating the market about their patents. in SAR's case, we like to think it's the science we are investing in but really, it is the IP. If we don't have protection, then any Tom, Richard or Harry can just copy the science. Personally, I'd like to see patents get their own section on the website. With the reference numbers, expiry dates etc. In terms of bio, 2033 isn't that far away for a still, pre clinical compound.

Krusty - yes, but in the usual Tim, reserved way. It makes perfect sense to do the pre-clinical work and if we do manage to go into trials with it, it will fast track the other compounds for safety which brings me to another point. The ones saying the vaccine is rushed would be ok to rush our Covid TYK2 testing. Maybe i'm more altruistic than others but I'd rather the vaccine work and protect my family and friends from Covid than me getting rich off it.
