I don't like being devil's advocate in here but put yourself in Tim's Shoes. Read your questions\comments again. How on earth is he supposed to answer them? You criticised him in the opening sentence of both questions\comment. Accusing him of deliberately hampering proceedings. Why would he do that? Personally, I'm not surprised at his reply, he is probably p*ssed off having to answer questions that can't be answered. When you are an expert in your chosen work, it is really frustrating to field questions from people who have no idea of how things work. With respect to Elcap, if you ask a stupid question you will get a stupid answer. The document that BOIL found is obviously a supporting document for some sort of announcement, nothing more. No price sensitive information, no RNS needed. In fact, if you released that document as an RNS the SP would probably fall as there is no substance in it at all so lets hope that when it is released there is some substance to go with it because the COVID diagram still says applying for grants which kind of says, it will be published before grants are awarded.
if you want Tim to answers question with authority, ask him some questions about the science, the synergies between our compounds and other drugs.
