Just gone past 100% profit on my initial average and the news flow has only just started.

Searle is a well respected member of this board. He/she Always brings balance. I just think with AIM being aim, we could hit 5p with licence deals and milestones from 737. Then once we have deals sizes, we can, maybe, start talking about a buyout.

I'd like to caveat my last post with the comment that we need to be patient if we want to realise fair value. Deals and trials takes time.

We absolutely do not want a buyout scenario. Not yet, at least. We could easily get to 4 or 5p just on the the bits of news that are coming. I want the board to pursue deals not buyouts. There £70 plus mil of milestones to aim for with SRA737, 2 possible chunky upfronts for SDC-1801 AND 1802 and the dark horse that is Aurora/flt3. I wouldn't mind if the board release a bit of that value if we get there but no buyout unless it's a fair valuation. The most realistic valuation I've seen on here was RMM's. 16p with risks and discounts to 61p with some early news on Covid.

Agreed, elcap but if you are a high value investor waiting to chuck 50k in and you've done your research, this news would be a curve ball. You'd be curious. That's why the news isn't re rating the sp. If we had actual news of a 1801 being granted. That would add more value, IMO. All good here, an happy and a 6 or 7 on the excited scale. I just have more questions than answers. And yes, I may sell some if we get over 1p, we may have another 2 months to wait.

Yep, baserite. Might sell a few if there is a spike today, but back next week when they are cheap again.

Not damming them Zylo. Just curious. As Fadec says, this is for 1802 when 1801 is further down the development road and although both compounds can be used for Covid. We are using 1801 to target Covid. Everything up to now, even Tim's briefings, has pointed towards 1801 being licenced first but we could see something happen in cancer first. As I said, whatever it is, it isn't bad news.

Maybe, aa. But they would know that this news won't send the sp sky high. On this news alone, The smart money will just buy in at the end of the year. So are they using it as a stabiliser? Or to placate the shareholders? I've always said the patent will be the catalyst for something big. I think this is SAR's way of putting a timescale on it.

I'm a about a 6 or 7. It's game on but not quite yet, IMO. I find the timing of the patent news strange. If I remember rightly, patent news is usually when the patent is granted properly. But this time they have given us advanced notice of 3 months. There must be a reason for that. Trying not to think about it too much.. Ha ha.

They always say 1.6p most analysts do. Probably because 1.6 was reached on the news of the chk1 licence deal. Less shares in issue back then though. It will be a resistance point though.

You know there are over 3 billion shares in issue, don't you. You would have to buy over 60 million to breech 3%.todays volume is just PI's jumping on board, IMO

£25 mil? For a grant? I'm expecting about £80k. Just to cover preclinical and maybe POC. Depends who they have applied to. I wouldn't expect to give any percentage of TYK2 away either.

Absolutely, Krone and crucially, this may not lift the SP in the way that some here may want. The market will decide. For me Covid is a side play, if we can get into trials with our TYK2 for Covid, then it fast tracks the compound in other indications. That is where I see the value.

The reason I think we will partner with someone for COVID is I don't believe we can do it on our own. We will need some clout behind us to get past POC and into clinics for trials. It depends where the grant or grants come from. I'm not talking a commercial partnership here, more on the lines of the DoD and their research with TYK2 for Lupus. It might add some value to the SP it might not but the AIM casino sometimes has a mind of its own. They could, of course, surprise us all and just announce a licencing deal so no grant needed. My guess is Final Results first.

Agreed, Basser. Some questions, he will be able to answer and will. Some questions will be borderline and he may answer in a vague way and some he will not be able to touch with a barge pole.
