Even with Heads of Terms. This would still take months just for the merger part, then as the new entity they need to try and raise funds and that would take months on top and no guarantee of that either. Meanwhile, cash runway out at VAL turn of the year. Clock ticking...

Eitherway, you are looking at a discounted placing from VAL before ANYTHING else.

20m at 4p to raise £800k or 40m at 2p to raise £800k - Just awaiting the resolutions and EGM date RNS to drop.

What are you talking about, the Share has and still is “being ramped to the enth degree” but moreover despite your long post you still can’t link to anything that proves funds were raised and on deposit. Utter, Utter BS. It’s been over three weeks now.

Link to what was raised, by which investors at what valuation, how many shares issued where they are listed, where is the cash on deposit ? You can’t as it’s total Jackanory to support the ramp and this hype bubble we are in but clearly some are daft enough to buy into this BS.

Sorry but IF there is 60-100m on deposit from investors as I say, I will show my ass in Poundland’s Window. As I say, not only would they have paid VAL already but every financial institute known to man would have reported on it.

You are right that there probably is profit in shorting at this level however not sure what the quote would be and at 9p to 4p you are talking a five point move or seven point should it drop to 2p then allow for the spread. Without doubt there are better stocks to short frankly.

But i wouldn't promote the idea if i were you others might try it... be careful what you wish for...

totally ridiculous, no links to anything remotely tangible and as i say, never in my history have i know investors to give millions to a business to do nothing with it and leave it offshore without a prospectus, shares issued or anything else. it's a total f**** and made up bs.

as for edua, frankly i would advise them to avoid merging with thx like the plague. thx have historically proven not to deliver what they say and not to be trusted on commitments. euda can merge with much stronger players.

should they agree to merge with thx after heads of terms it would still take best part of 6mth to 1year with dd and legal's then thx could try and raise funds as the new legal structure another 6-12 mths with no guarantees of success.

eitherway as i keep saying, cash runway will be out at val long before the colour of any cash from thx and that is what all this bs is about. simply to create a hype bubble to get the val placing out at a better price.

once that val placing resolution is issued and egm date scheduled they will drop the rns and the share price will tank immediately to that placing level, 4p at best, 2p at worst.

If you are into charting you can see the SP is in a continuing down trend, draw a line form all the highs parallel to all the lows and its a diagonal line all the way down to 2p - I can draw it for you and post on twitter and link from here if it helps?

I can tell you for a fact, Investors do not like cash sitting idle, money needs to work for them. Even in a bonds/ even base interest deals you can over 5% on your cash doing nothing. Nobody but Nobody is going to invest cash for it to sit idle in an offshore account pending anything..... its total total BS

Why does anyone give a flying fig if THX secure heads of terms to merge or not, who bloody cares??

1. on agreeing Heads OF Terms they would need 6-12mth with DD to complete a merger.

2. On the assumption of 1 completing they would then need at least another 6-12 mths to try and raise with that new legal entity and still no guarantees. Far outside the current VAL cash runway.

IF as you claim THX have 60-100m in some offshore account, which i really really doubt, total bloody fantasy, do you not think they would have sent the 1.3m odd to VAL?? after all its what only 1% or so of this massive cash haul.

Honestly, its total BS as i say simply to pump the SP prior to the discounted placing. I'm amazed anyone is daft enough to fall for this, I'm just awaiting VAL to publish the resolution notices and confirm the EGM date.

SP will then be immediately re-rated to the placing level at 2p or 4p depending on what Turner Pope can get over the line - watch this space.

IF as you claim you have done the research and FOUND the money, would you be so kind as to post a link to that same research that proves that X was raised by Y investors at a valuation of Z and the sum of ? materialised.

Only i haven't see a thing ANYWHERE other than pump, ramp, hype, second hand ramps, tweets, forum posts both here and stateside adding up to the square route of FA.

And lets face it its not a small sum of cash we are talking about its 60-100m apparently, at that level i would expect it reported by every financial paper known to man, if they had pulled off 100m raise in a biotech funding drought.

Not exactly, they need as much hype and pump here as possible to keep the SP at the 10p level to ensure best chance of placing at 2p to 4p this is the name of the game. Suzy needs to remain more bullish than ever otherwise she won’t get the placing away.

I have seen this kind of situation many times over the years and what is sad is that newbies get taken in by it only to lose the bulk of their investment when the placing RNS lands.

BUT moreover: again if true do you not think it would be covered by every financial paper known to man, that in a Biotech funding drought, THX have raised 100m on the Nasdaq? It’s all BS there isn’t even a link to prospectus anywhere?

Anyhow, discounted placing from VAL any moment, it’s just a case of what price they can secure.

1. The time it would take to do both a merger and then a subsequent Nasdaq listing are far far far beyond VALs current cash runway - FACT

2. Three weeks on and still no transfer of funds. IF THX had already placed as the rampers claim where is the evidence of same and where is the money?

3. Give me a link to any placing document anywhere that proves funds were raised and on hold subject to... you can’t

The harsh reality is that this two bit outfit only THINK they can raise as a new entity but there are no guarantees they can and to assume they could do that within a few weeks is pure folly.

Don’t you think it’s mighty convenient that this hype bubble has been created just before funds are about to run out so VAL can try and get the placing away? I stand by 20m at 4p to raise £800k or if Turner Pope struggle 40m at 2p to raise £800k. This amount would extend the cash runway by 3 or 4 months to allow more time.

Either way it’s Placing FIRST anything else after that/if at all.

One thing is certain: if SH get behind this placing now and THX still don’t send cash by end of Q1 2024 they will need a larger raise again pre the AGM.

Not long now, just awaiting the resolution details for the VAL discounted placing and EGM date

There are FIVE here including you that are ramping this to death, you have built this ridiculous Hype bubble over the last three weeks since 5p.

Your post gets a load of recs because long term holders are desperately underwater and really don’t want yet another placing when the harsh reality is it’s the ONLY realistic outcome.

None of the points you raise count for diddly squat, this is 100% a binary play: either THX transfer the cash before lights out at the turn of the year OR shareholders dig deep and invest further capital in the placing; I believe the latter. So:

THX transfer the funds now = no placing until after June 24 (THX cash would only last 6mths anyhow)

THX still don’t transfer the funds = Placing shortly plus additional one end of Q1 24 if THX still not come though with the cash.

It’s that simple

1. You didn’t answer how many were in the trial? Now I could be wrong so please correct me but I think the answer you are searching for is 5. Of those five the safety profile was good but there was no material advantage. No peer review either other than what Adam put together. Now to be fair, it’s far too small a data set. It needs a detailed phase 2 with with 100-300 enrolled over two years to gain any meaningful data and if it’s worthy of further progression or not but that requires someone to put up serious capital to fund it. Issue is it’s yikes old now, more advanced bios are being funded. But moreover, no commercial player could be found for years to back it hence, why ultimately it was given away to this tin pot start up in 2021.

2. For what it’s worth I live in Cheshire, no where near VALs offices in Nuneaton or near Suzy even if she did reside in Nuneaton which I very much doubt. Let’s face it on £180k salary a year plus benefits, it wouldn’t surprise me if she is living in a mansion somewhere in 20 acres of farm land and most likely working from home all at Shareholders expenses.

This peeping tom BS that I live next door and watching her in her garden over a clothes line or whatever, whilst comical is rather silly and all very childish frankly but hey if it makes you smile at least it’s brightened your day.
